Service Plumbing and Heating has over 35 years of experience in designing and installing hydronic (hot water) and steam heating systems. From cast iron boilers dating back to the early 20th century to new condensing boilers, we have installed and serviced a wide variety of heating and hot water boilers.

Initially called to inquire if the company worked with third party warranty firms. Followed up with two calls afterwards where I indicated that we would pay them in full directly so that they would not have to deal with a warranty company. Asked that someone call me back to schedule the repair. A week plus later my calls have not been returned. I ended up calling a competitor that returned my call within 2 hours and immediately scheduled the repair. This company lost my business and the opportunity for future business all because they wouldn't return my calls - an example of poor customer service
