As an amateur power lifter, Josh has lifted some pretty heavy stuff. He loves to move, solve problems, and help people, so plumbing fits his personality to a T. He was recently married to his energetic wife, Julie (who owns a fitness business in Lynnwood) and is step-dad and friend to Julie's hilarious 18-year old son, Tyler.

I recently (This is my bad since the repair was mid August) had an issue with a leak from my upstairs bathroom that resulted in damage to the ceiling in the dining room. Since I had no experience in solving this kind of problem, I reviewed a number of companies and decided on King Plumbing based on stellar customer reviews.
Every aspect of the interaction with this company was excellent. Very responsive in returning my call and scheduling the appointment. They communicated status on the day of the service and arrived on time.

Terrible, unethical people. They overcharge and don't stand by their work. They really screwed up a large job, left a huge mess behind, then refused to come back and correct the problems they caused. Didn't care that I was without heat or hot water. I had to find another company. Incredibly rude people from the receptionist to the workers. Don't use them.

Amazing experience! We bought a house that had very old shower fixtures that no longer functioned. Julie was fantastic from start to finish with answering all my questions, getting me a quote, sourcing the right fixtures and scheduling the job! They were also able to come out within a few days. Fantastic plumbers. We had to replace a faucet, get a new shower cartridge, and replace an electric water heater. The quotes we got from other places were double / triple what King Plumbing offered. Very happy with the service, price, timing, and communication. They accidentally mischeduled us, but offered a discount for the mistake. Great way to do business.

After having a horrible experience with Beacon Plumbing a few months ago, we were hesitant to trust another plumber with an upcoming change including one bathtub replacement and three toilet replacements.
We reached out to our local Mill Creek community over multiple Facebook groups and King Plumbing came up highly recommended.
Their prices are very competitive and the work is amazing! After the job was completed Julie called to say we were eligible for a bulk discount and drove over to give us money back. Who does that these days

Thank you Aaron for the hose bib fix for both the front and the back. The work was done at the quoted price. No more leaking hose bibs, and now I can water my plants without worry about water draining into my foundation and causing damage. They use Prier frost-free hose bib and hopefully, I will not end up in the situation I started with for years.

Josh, Anthony, Julie, and the team at Kings were all amazing, from initial correspondence about project scoping, to proposal (very competitive!), and ultimately service and installation. We had a few additional complexities with our project which Josh and team were able to quickly diagnose and address. I couldn't recommend King Plumbing high enough!

This is an addendum to a previous review- also not great.
King did our rough in. They placed the flange (the hole the toilet sits on) 10 inches from the wall. Standard is 12 inches. We had to donate the toilet we bought and buy another toilet to accommodate their shoddy work.
The first toilet install (upstairs) leaked one month after they installed it.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!
We had a leak in an underground galvanized steel pipe between the meter and our house. Josh came and patched the lead for free so that we would have water until a more permanent fix (and didn't charge us for it). His crew then came by and replaced the pipe with copper. Even though the pipe ran under our concrete driveway, they were able to replace the pipe without breaking the concrete.
We were thoroughly impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Hands down the best experience I've had with any service I've hired for the house. I had called 5 other plumbing companies to help me solve a clog and possible re-sewer-pipe need. Josh was the most kind and upfront professional I've met. He walked me through what to expect, what he was thinking the issue was based upon my information, and even showed me when he found the issue the other 3 guys that ran scopes actually missed. I think some of the others were just sending out subs or new guys because the hole Josh showed me was obvious. I felt like I was talking to a neighbor and it was easy to ask

Amazing experience. Calling a plumber has never yielded a good experience until now. They were recommended by my neighbor. Julie on the phone was so lovely and respectful. Christopher arrived on time wearing his mask. He even called 20 min prior to scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and friendly, answered all of our many questions about our water heater replacement and options available to us. Though we did not use them,we regret it! We wanted our garbage disposal replaced and they gave us a quote.unfortunately my husband had already booked an appointment with another vendor but they quoted a much higher price and only when I told them about king plumbing's quote did they agree to match the price. I know you can trust Julie when you talk to her and Joshua and his crew to execute the job at hand.They did a wonderful job at my brothers place and in the future I will go to them for any plumbing issues.

What a great experience! Josh was able to take care of lots of projects at my new house, he even came out a couple times to finish everything without charging me per visit. He was very friendly and communicative and I appreciated that he wore a mask the entire time. I feel very confident that my house is in good shape now, plumbing-wise, and I'm glad to know who to call for any issues that come up in the future. Can't recommend enough, such a good experience!

We had a clog in our kitchen sink and Julie promptly helped us setup an appointment. She gave us an upfront cost which was reasonable compared to some other companies in the area. The guys came on time and were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend them.

King Plumbing was great to work with. I am in the midst of a full bathroom remodel and timing is of the essence. Josh provided me with a quick and fair estimate and after sending him an email on Friday, he got back to me and said he would be at my home on Monday. Professional, thorough, thinks outside the box. I was able to discuss what we were seeing over the phone, so that they knew exactly what type of parts to bring. In addition, Josh brought some additional parts just in case, which we actually needed for one of the toilets having issues. Josh also cleaned out the inside of the toilet tanks to remove the sediment that had been collecting for 18 years. They looked like new inside.

Anthony came back and did our final plumbing trim for two sinks and a toilet, and hot water lines for the MIL and recirculation line to enable the built-in pump in the Navien water heater he installed. We live in a rambler and the furthest faucet from the tankless is about 60 ft away, yet we get hot water in about 5 seconds in every location now! This used to take over a minute at the furthest point. Everything went well and the work was completed faster than I anticipated. Anthony is very efficient.
