Great service from Cade and Junior. Sewer Solutions NW installed a 2-way clean out and sewer line at my home a couple of weeks ago. They're busy, but the scheduling was fairly easy. The crew was always on time and very patient in answering questions. Post-work clean up and paver placement was also great. I believe the price is in line with competitors, but the service was definitely exceptional. I would use them again and strongly recommend to anyone needing sewer line or clean out install or repair. The owner (Jim) was also great to work with, clear in his explanations and very responsive.

I was able to get a sewer scope, hydrojet and subsequently a trenchless pipe re-lining within about a week, and all for a very reasonable rate. They knew what they were doing and did a good, clean, job. This helped very much for sale of house.

These guys were amazing! From the owner, Jim, to the guys who came out to my house and fixed the problem. The crew, Brandon, Cade and Junior were extremely friendly, professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. They did an outstanding job and to be honest went well above and beyond what was expected. They even came back an extra half a day just to make sure I was happy with the rockery they rebuilt. I swear I am one of the pickiest people there is, but Brandan made sure that I was not only happy, but he even did a better job than I would’ve hoped for. He was a perfectionist

With working from home indefinitely, I was contemplating installing a new outdoor patio and reached out to Sewer Solutions NW to scope my sewer line. I purchased my 1956 home 10 years ago and to my knowledge it had never been done. I was concerned about installing costly and heavy stonework over an area of the sewer line that might untimely fail.

This company is top-notch! Jim and his team fixed major errors that my last contractor made. They replaced my sewer line and fixed the connection to the main line. They did it the right way and at a reasonable cost. (And they were referred to me by the city!)

Jim and crew did a thorough inspection of our side sewer, diagnosed the problem, and suggested a solution. The quote was reasonable, and they took care of permitting. And when they were done you couldn't tell where the big hole had been. Ten stars!

These guys were amazing. Jim dealt with me honestly and professionally and his crew was incredible. Brandon, Junior and Cade treated my situation like it was their own home. My situation had been dealt with by other companies first, but after researching I found these guys and they finally got it done right. The final cleanup required the rebuilding of my rockery. These guys came over an extra day to make it right! Brandon was even more picky than me in making sure it was done perfectly. To say I was impressed and happy is an understatement. These guys were simply awesome!

This family-owned business was great to work with. They lined my sewer that was beginning to break down and get lots of roots . Nice people clearly dedicated to doing what is best for their clients. I wish I had taken before pictures of where they dug the 4x6 foot and 6 foot deep hole in the ground. I only want the before pictures because the day they finished you couldn't tell that anything had happened. I am guessing I would have trouble telling the before and after pictures apart. They were pleasant to deal with and willing to explain all they were doing. There was good communication throughout

I feel like my sewer problem was a little more complex than some, and I also wanted to do some of the work myself. Jim was more than happy to work with me, and I feel like we made an excellent team in creating a great long-term solution to my sewer problem. It was a very substantial job, and I got three other bids to line my sewer, and Jim's price and his willingness to work with me made it the best offer by far. I have several apartment buildings in Seattle, all over 100 years old, and I will not hesitate to call Jim when I have sewer problems in the future.

I used Sewer Solutions NW to line my main sewer pipe after discovering it had cracks and tree roots coming through it and it was starting to clog on a regular basis. They were always on time, professional and took the time and diligence to make sure the job was going to go as well as possible. We hired Sewer Solutions for a residential excavation project that potentially involved moving a sewer pipe. Jim was one of the only companies to respond to my communication inquiring about the project, and he came on time to take a look at the project.
