On December 6 we asked Done Right Plumbing to come out and move our hot and cold water pipes from one wall to another. We also asked them to prepare the drain pipe for a tile base. The price was right, quality of equipment met my expectations and the guys were professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business for the most part. But, when they installed the new valve, they forgot to do something that apparently affected the other shower in on this floor of our home. For a week we were taking cold showers. I thought it was just a quark that would work itself out and then we had to leave

We bought a tri-fuel generator and needed a new gas hookup. Contacted a few plumbing companies, Done Right is the only one provided a free estimate. The other companies either don't do gas line service or would charge $200+ just for coming and giving an estimate. The scheduling process was smooth, I received both email and text for confirmation. On the service day, I also received a text to tell me who will come. Adam and his teammate came on time and did a great job. Done Right Plumbing was very responsive to an emergency sewer backup we experienced, arranging to come out before other busy plumbers I called. They cleared the blockage and then came back out to fix a sewer line pipe break a few days later as soon as their schedule and the rains allowed. They went above and beyond in providing some asphalt at no charge to cover the small driveway area where they put a new transition pipe and sewer access cover under our driveway. PLUS they fixed a couple of other asphalt issues along our driveway! You can tell that they care about their customers.

Great service! Fast and very thorough. We had our house repiped and added a new water heater. They also made several improvement recommendations that are making our access easier. They completed the entire job in less than a day, including all the cleanup. We had other bids for the same job and their bid was half what the others gave us, and there was no high pressure sales. We highly recommend Done Right! We are so happy with their company. Everyone has been so nice too.

Done Right arrived the day I called.
They diagnosed our clogged (and backed up) 4" drain line (severe root intrusion - 70ish feet downstream past the main stack, almost to the sewer main). They got it cleared, packed their equipment up, cleaned up (their mess), and were on their way faster than I could have hoped.
Nick, Ben, & the rest were professional, answered all my questions and did a great job.
The office staff are competent, and good at answering questions including how to find their surprisingly-well-hidden office.

I can't say enough about this company.
After calling several other companies one of which told me I needed to pump my septic tank before they could come out and air jet my lines for a mere $895. Ryan and his partner came on time. I was updated via text on who would be coming and when.
They were fast and friendly.had the line snaked out in no time.

Done Right has helped us with multiple jobs, and we would recommend them. Our downstairs sink was overflowing every time we ran our upstairs sink and dishwasher, and Done Right took care of out issue very promptly. They also are thorough, and discovered a more serious plumbing issue with our sewer line during a Hydro Jetting appointment. We are really glad we are able to get on top of this issue and prevent any future damage. Very reliable, competitive pricing, and quick response. I just had a great experience with Done Right Plumbing. I called at 9:30 am to have a leak fixed under my kitchen sink. The receptionist sent a plumber out right away. Ben and his partner arrived within an hour and immediately spotted the problem. They tightened a nut on the flexible hose inside my faucet and the leak was fixed. They carefully double checked for other leaks and tightened a washer on the garbage disposal. When I asked for the bill they said to just use them next time. You now have a customer for life!

Another plumber charged 864 dollars for an unnecessary jet cleaning, couldn't fix the clog and then wanted to charge 5000 dollars for new piping. I got a recommendation from a neighbor and called Done Right Plumbing for a second estimate. They got rid of the clog in 20 minutes for 250 dollars! Done Right Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars!

I hired Done Right twice before to fix leaks and replace a tankless water heater. Sharif was great. He was prompt and very professional.
When we had a new leak in the laundry room last month (on a Friday afternoon), I called Done Right immediately and spoke to Tracy and Stacy. They were able to send Ben out on the following Monday. This time, I decided to re-pipe the whole house. Done Right Plumbing replaced a water main from the water meter to the house - gave us an estimate on the phone, came out to verify a couple of hours later. Scheduled the work to start the following Monday. Work was done to our satisfaction in 3 days - Day 1: utility locate and trenching, Day 2: drilling and connecting water, and Day 3: asphalt patching.
The work was a logistical challenge as we had to maintain our neighbors' access road while locating utilities and working on the main. Done Right spent time and potholed to confirm utility depths to make sure the new line would not conflict

Steve, Tracy and the whole team at Done Right plumbing were wonderful. They worked with me on getting payment to them and came out and did the work asap. I had to replace the water line running from the water meter to my house, which runs underneath my concrete driveway. Other plumbers told me they would have to tear up the whole driveway, but Steve and the team were able to avoid that totally. They came out on a rainy, muddy day, replaced the pipe and even built a little wall around my hard-to-find water meter, making it easy to find! They cleaned up after the work was done, and finished everything

The sign of a true customer focused company is when you call them, a year after they first did a brilliant job, and ask for some help with an issue and they come the same day with all the friendliness and support to get it sorted straight away. Sharif remembered me and our house so could diagnose the issue straight away and just get it fixed. They whole team were excellent, completely in line with COVID precautions and left everything tidy. Done Right Plumbing's internal system seems to be set up pretty well. Communication was great, service was professional, and they were very responsive to our questions during the project.
