I had a clogged sink on a weekend and waited to a weekday since it wasn't a big deal to wait. I also didn't want to pay the after hours fee. Sunday I started to call. I called Southwest. Not only were they booked out 2 weeks, the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked her a question about "so your kitchen sink guy is 2 weeks booked out but your toilet guy isn't?" Made an appointment for some "non-emergency" work on outside hose bibs and a problematic shut-off valve. They arrived right on time, replaced the shutoff valve and repaired two hose bibs in 45 minutes. They were very nice people, too. Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

We are so grateful for Steve and Mill Creek Plumbing!!!! We didn't know what was going on but we knew something was wrong and we needed to call a plumber. We were a little worried because my husband and I are both in the 'high risk' group for covid, but Steve could not have been nicer. Awesome customer service and prompt resolution. We had experienced low water pressure in our outdoor faucets. They did a courtesy call at no charge and ended up resolving my issue, without charging me anything. They were highly professional, highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and just a great overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate using them again for any plumbing needs in the future....knowing that I would have to pay.

I've used Mill Creek Plumbing twice in the past year for my condo in Mill Creek. They were easy to reach and schedule an appointment. They always were on time for the appointment.
They did only the job asked to do without trying to escalate the actual problem like other companies do.

I have had the pleasure of using MCP twice now both times it has been great. My last need was a leaking hot water heater. I was happy to have Steve pick up when I called as this was during the shelter period. He popped over in a hour, confirmed we needed a new HWH, secured the tank, quoted and came back the next morning to put the new one in. During this crazy shelter time it was great to have fast, friendly and safe service. They came with n95 mask and sanitizer to insure my family's safety and theirs. Thank you Mill Creek Plumbing.

I needed to have a pressure regulator valve installed in my home. I called Mill Creek Plumbing for two reasons:
1) They are located very close to my house
2) how could you not go with a 5-star-rated company?
Steve (owner) answered my call promptly, and dispatched his team (John and David) that morning (even though it wasn't a high-priority repair, he got them out within the hour!)
I can tell you that John and David are worth their weight in gold. They installed the PRV in an hour, and helped me with another issue that arose while they were here.
If I owned a plumbing company, I would

I needed a failed pressure reduction valve replaced. Steve came in with the best bid and scheduled my appointment for the next day. His crew was running late because of another job so Steve came and did the work himself. Everything needed was in his truck, no upsell, proficient and courteous. Mill Creek Plumbing: I needed to have all the exposed copper piping in the crawl space replaced, something done to get hot water to the faucets quicker (wasting too much water waiting), and one outside hose bib replaced. Great service. Both the owner and his help were very responsive to my questions and professional when it came to the install. They replaced a water heater for us in our town home the same week we called, for about what I expected to pay. With a leaking water heater, it was a matter of time until it would burst. I went to Costco thinking I'd get a better deal, but after running through the numbers, it's the same price and commercial grade products out in public even with the cash back discounts.
