Able responded within a few minutes during a weekend after my A/C broke down. They promptly set up a service quote for a new unit and had it installed within a couple of days. I called Able Services on New Years Eve and scheduled an appointment for the 2nd. Rita set me up and spoke with me about the industry, market, and homeowner insight that I greatly appreciated. Mr. Able was also able to diagnose my problem over the phone and was more than happy to answer a question I had (even if I weren't going to schedule work; Rita equally informed me that they're here to talk and answer questions as much as they are to service your equipment).

Shout out to Alex! He was nice, professional, and explained everything so that I could understand and know what to expect with repairs. He gave me a rundown of my unit so now I know all about what has been done in the past and will need to be done in the future. I have used Able Service for both a/c and furnace repairs (different floor units) over the past year. The service is timely, honest and the pricing is very reasonable and came under my expectations. Along with that, Alex (technician both times) is friendly and makes himself available after the servicing for questions that may come up. Both times, recommendations were also provided how to prevent the current issues and also how to avoid issues that may be on the horizon due to the units' current conditions. Great experience!

AC stopped working later during the day after they came by so they recommended an electrician to come and change something out but it still didn't work. They ended up visiting again the next day and told me there was nothing they could do at this point and said I needed to call an electrician again. So I eventually spent more than I wanted to without getting the problem fixed. But all in all, they were friendly, professional, polite so I would recommend them if it's a small AC unit problem.

Our AC stopped blowing cold yesterday and we were dying in the house all night. First thing this morning I started making calls and researching online for a good place to call. After reading the great reviews of this place I decided to call them. I just got through meeting with Alex from Able Service Company. Right from the start he showed professionalism and concern for my home by wiping his feet at the door and placing shoe covers over his boots. He then took the time to diagnose my heating problem, fix it in under 20 minutes, and offer some additional tips to reduce my maintenance costs. His fee was very reasonable and he communicated with honesty and transparency so that even an novice could understand. I will surely call them for all of my hvac and appliance needs. I started suspecting the air wasn't working in the morning and by afternoon it was clear that it wasn't. I called Able at 4PM and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She told me that a technician was in the area near me and would call me. She said that he would probably be there by 5, he was here and finished by 5! They didn't charge me extra for same day service. Alex worked fast and identified the problem. He helped me out on the price and gave me some good recommendations. Very good experience.
