Once again, Northern Exposure rescued me! My furnace died and the overnight temps projected to fall to 30 degrees on a Friday night. Instead of huddling with an electric blanket all weekend, Chad and his team found a way to get a new furnace and install it in less than 24 hours. I have trusted Northern Exposure for over 10yrs now. When your AC goes out and it gets to 80 inside your house you want someone to come help. Chad did just that. I called and left a message Monday morning and he was at my house before noon to replace a fuse and a contactor outside. Explained the situation a couple of different ways so that it was easy to understand what he was going to do. Highly recommended! Have the magnet on my fridge!

A friend recommended Chad and let me know he would be fair, honest and timely and he certainly was!! He got back with me quickly and was early arriving to my home and extremely professional as he explained the problem with my AC unit and the available options as well as assisting me with checking my thermostat and even changed my filter! I was very impressed and already recommended him to friends in Braselton so if in the Buford/Dacula or surrounding areas, feel good about calling Chad and he will have you feeling cool very soon!!

Fantastic Service! Painless experience! Not at all what I expected. Truly was blown away by timing, prompt attention to my job, early for appointment & impeccable service . Others couldn’t even quote yet, My New system 100000 btu furnace system is up and running!!! Less than 24 hours! Before the cold temps expected later today!!
