They were fabulous. They honored the quote given from earlier in the year, made signing documents a breeze by sending via email with the ability to sign from my phone. Notified me that they could fix an issue with the trunk gate and it was very reasonable to add on to my original reason for being there (rear damage). Paint looks great. Colton was always kind and thorough when speaking to me. They gave me the longest time possible scenario so it was a pleasant surprise when my car was finished 2 days earlier. And upon picking my car up it was clear they cleaned the inside for me. Highly recommend

They did great work, but no one was wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. I don't care if you believe in science or not, but have enough respect to protect your customers. I originally used Quantrell because they are known for quality work but I don't want to be disrespected like that as a customer. I can't afford to have people near me die or be hospitalized because someone at the body shop didn't want to wear a mask. Even if it makes it more difficult on me in the future, I won't be using Quantrell's services again and I'll be purchasing my future vehicles from another company.
