They are only getting a one because it makes me leave something. I wanted to leave a zero.
Once again this service center has tried to pull one over on what they think is an unsuspecting customer.
Yesterday I went in for a headlight bulb. Called ahead and asked cost and if it was in stock. Yes, was the reply of the lady assigned to my service. I got there 30 mins before my appointment and an hour later someone comes to tell me they don't have the bulb and instead of it being $$40 plus some change that I was quoted it became a cost is over $1000 since they would have to replace the

None of their advertisements mention the extra 699.00 dealer added Polysteel charge. I know exactly what polysteel is from working in the business and it's not worth the money at all. I'm very disappointed after driving 2 hours to see this extra charge and the product already applied to all their new vehicles. When I arrived and said no thank you the salesman wanted to argue with me about polysteel which aggravated me even more since I had just asked where the bathrooms are. When exiting the salesman again wanted to argue about the 699.00 charge and made a reference it was just a warranty

Full disclosure: The used car market is NUTS right now, so I didn't end up purchasing from Paul Miller, but I had a fantastic experience working with Mellica during my search. She let me test drive a very limited edition SUV, ran a comprehensive comparison of all the vehicles I was interested in, asked lots of great discovery questions, and answered even more questions I had about buying vs. leasing. I would strongly recommend asking for her if your search leads you to Paul Miller!

Came in for service on my 2019 Ford F150. I had the oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, then an alignment done. I've been in for service before, however this was the first time I've asked for the tires to be balanced. When they brought the truck up front after they were done with everything I noticed the tires had rocks between the treads. I asked if the service tech removed the rocks before he balanced the tires and I was told no. The service manager then came up front and told me the service techs don't have time to remove rocks from tires when they balance them. Everyone

When I left work and got in my truck, I realized that it was time for an oil change. Got out my phone to check the hours at the Paul Miller Quick Lane. The website said they were opened until 8 o'clock. I drove across town in rush hour traffic only to enter the service department and find one counter rep who bluntly informed me that they closed at 6 o'clock but all of their mechanics left at 5 o'clock. I let him know that the website said differently but he told me no, that they close at 6. I went back to my truck to leave and double checked the website again to see that I was correct

I contacted Paul Ford online inquiring about a 2019 Ford Ecosport (my dream car). Though they didn't have any "new" ones within my budget, they were able to find me one with around 5k miles that was super reasonably priced. I communicated via text (this is so convenient instead of having to call) to Edwin Montanez regarding the details of the car prior to coming in because I live an hour and a half away from Lexington. Even through text, Edwin answered every question I had and more!
I went in to test drive the vehicle and I can't even express how amazing my experience was overall

Took my Range Rover Sport for service that cost $1,350.00. Told me they did everything that need to be done and the point to point inspection. They said everything was good.
I left my vehicle in the driveway and went to work in another car. When I came back to drive it I notice that the engine has this sound like a knocking. Took it back and was told they may have damaged the bearings in the water pump/fan blade. I told them to just fix it. This was the worst new truck buying experience I have ever been a part of. Let me start this horror story from the beginning. We arrive on the lot around 5pm. We talk with the salesman, he shows us some options, and we finally settle on a white 2019 f150 xlt 2.7 ecoboost. We test drive it, and we love it. So we start the process. We go in to start the paperwork and they send the truck off to get it clean and ready. 4 and a half hours later, almost 10 pm, we are finally finished, exhausted, hungry, but still excited to be going home in our new truck. The salesman walks us out to the truck

I came to the truck service center to get an insurance estimate on a small repair for insurance unfortunately I arrived at 11:30 and the counterman told me it was impossible to get a estimate at that time a day as everyone was busy and it was lunchtime. He wanted to know if I could come back at 2pm. Is lunch 2.5 hours long I asked. I believe this estimate could've taken all of about three minutes. It seem more that it was a bother and they did not want to do the estimate.

I came looking at a certain car. The sales person seemed appalled when I didn't know who I spoke to on the phone. After deciding he would like to help me, he grabbed the keys to the car I was interested in. I walked to the car and realized it had a bunch of scratches and issues that weren't shown In the pictures. When he came up with the keys, I said I wouldn't interested in "this one"... indicating to show me other cars. He said ok and then immediately left... like walked back to the showroom and was upset. This is the worst service I've had at a car dealer, I guess

This is the second time I have gone to this dealership and left pissed off and disappointed. The sales staff do not know their inventory and have no respect for the customers time. I went there looking for one specific model and after 20 minutes of waiting I found the guy chatting with another salesman. I will never set foot on that lot again.

Absolutely amazing in our time of need. Our motor home broke down on the side of the road and we got towed to PM heavy truck center. They let us sleep in our rig in their parking lot and got to fixing it first thing in the morning. They sent their tech to another town to pick up the part we needed and we were on the road by noon the next day! So thankful we landed in their capable and kind hands!

Had a very serious issue with our RV that is on a Ford F53 chassis. The Heavy Truck Service Manager, Dewayne Hurst, was a great advocate for us reference our warranty coverage. The shop itself did a good job at the maintenance portion and we got the RV back in a very quick turnaround.
Thanks again to Paul Miller Ford and even more importantly Dewayne Hurst.

Ridiculous service. My wife needed a second key for her Ford Focus to be reprogrammed. We bought a generic key online and brought it in to have them cut it for us. They broke the key while cutting it and basically told my wife you're out of luck, but we can sell you one at 8 times the price! Note, there's zero difference between the generic key and the key from Ford. After my wife called me, I asked to speak to the person who cut the key and he tried explaining to me that this isn't his fault, when there's always a chance the key could break when cutting it. After complaining

If you need your oil changed at a particular time and want to schedule it, this is probably not the place you want to take your vehicle to. Even if you purchased your vehicle from them.
I called early in the week to "schedule" an oil change and they told me they would pencil me in for 12pm Saturday. I go in at 12pm on Saturday and there is only one vehicle in the whole bay, and they tell me it's a 2 hour wait because it's "first come, first serve", and they "might" have other cars come in. I look around and they are dead except that one car. The only cars

My husband found a car he was interested in online at this location. He called and spoke to Jesse H, once he answered all my husbands questions they made arrangements for us to go look at the car.
The overall process takes awhile but they made it as easy as possible and we were on our way home with our new car!
Jesse was absolutely a wonderful salesman, very helpful and transparent with every thing we were signing.
We will absolutely go back, the selection of mustangs/GT's were outstanding!

I bought a used Toyota Prius here in April 2016. The reason I ended up here was because I did a lot of price comparing on the model of car that I wanted, and they happened to have the best deal at that time. I would not necessarily go out of my way to purchase here again.
I did a LOT of research beforehand since buying a car is no joke. I had already test-driven several models at different dealers and arrived at Paul Miller 95% sure I was going to purchase this car unless there were any red flags.
I test drove the Prius and things seemed to be in order to me, a person admittedly not very knowledgable

The service department here is absolutely terrible. When I went in for an oil change, they came back with $1,200 of recommended maintenance, some of which I had recently done within the past 10,000 miles. One of those things was new brake pads and resurfaced rotors, which I knew I was going to need, so I went ahead and approved that to be done and moved on past the bad recommendations.
At first, the new brakes were just fine. However about a week later, they started making a rubbing noise at the front. I took it in, mentioning that the noise was in the front and that I thought it was the resurfacing
