BEWARE!! COMPANY REPOSED CAR STATING THAT THE CLIENT DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE ON IT! AS THE AGENT INSURING THE CAR I CALLED TO INQUIRE AND WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE! WHEN ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS IF THE CAR WAS DAMAGED. THEY ARE SCAMING PEOPLE AND HAVE LET OTHER AGENTS TO TO BEWARE!

This turned out to be all on me in the end and Central Motors has always been great to me, helped every time I had question or small problem. I told a coworker and they a purchase a car. BEWARE! I took a friend here & half the vehicles on their lot didn't even run. The one he was going to test drive they were going to have to jump start!

Whatever you do do not buy a car from this car lot.. you'll buy something from them thinking you'll be dealing with them and they will sell your contract to a loan shark finance company that will charge you interest out the rear and double your payment after your into that vehicle for 6 to 8 months. Then when you try to talk to them about it Russ will say.. it's my choice not yours. Completely insane.. now I'm going to end up paying almost 8 grand on a car I only owed 3000 on!!

Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze was told had a new transmission and clutch. The transmission came from a junk yard and the slave cylinder disintegrated. I purchased the car for cash on March 6th 2021 had nothing but issues then on March 27th not only did the cylinder disintegrate the transmission seized too and they are not willing to do anything about it also paid almost 6400 out right

I wouldnt ever buy another car from this place. i bought an 2009 chevy impala $4,200 it was around 170,000 miles. I payed it all the way to 2,200 left owned on it and it ended up having 182,000 maybe a few more. I called and asked if he would help me out with repairs he said yes. bring him $600 more dollars and he will put me in another car .well I did that and he did put me in another car for a new contract of $5000 with another down payment of $500 dollars. plus I lost the $500 off the first car and the $2,800 I already paided for the car. I wouldnt send my worst nightmare up there to buy a car

Purchased several cars from them over about a year and a half time span, and always end up having an issue with those people.. Recently bought a 2012 chevy malibu and overall its a great car, woke up and my car wouldn't start and Russ talks about he's doing you a favor. If you're paying on a car then you should be able to have that car worked on.. Bad business

Love Russ great sales man. The new hire to where you make your payments to is very rude and disrespectful. Dont think that is the job for him he did not want to help me and was very nasty with and additude. This is the last car i will ever get from there and i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

When going to a but here pay here, always do your research first. I searched for a car online at Central Motors before going there. I called and Tonya was eager to answer all of my questions about the vehicles I inquired about. Once I arrived, Tonya came and met let me in the lot.
