It is hard to believe that 1984 was so long ago, seems like yesterday. This 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2.5 is ultra nice, restored and tastefully modded by the President of the North Texas Fiero Owners organization. While we had it, we did several small projects and a total AC restoration. Everything was prodded, pinched, adjusted, flushed and brought back to life.
1970 Chevelle SS Big block 4 Speed numbers matching beautifully restored. We took the car in to restore the AC. In the process of doing the AC work we corrected some leaks. Did a major major restoration of all the under-dash (hidden) HVAC components and a complete replacement of all vacuum components (some of which nearly impossible to find now days, call us for details!).
Longtime customer was looking for help to make his nice used Mazda Speed Miata (MSM) work better and go faster. The car had an active overheat issue that had been miss-diagnosed by the previous owner's mechanic as a thermostat issue. After we looked the car over carefully it was evident that the issue was related to a bad fan, not the thermostat.

I don't know how I overlooked writing a review for this place. I had A/C work done on my Nissan Altima and Rick was Amazing! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about what he does ... he is amazingly honest! His wife Paula takes care of the paperwork and is amazing as well. When you are searching for A/C or any other repair on your vehicle you'd be absolutely foolish for not checking with these guys first!

I have had many dealings with Rick and Paula at Granbury Auto AC and have been extremely pleased every time. Upright, impeccably honest, and very personable. The things that really impress me about Rick is his passion for mechanic work and his encyclopedic knowledge of a variety of cars. They will never try to sell you a repair that is not needed. I highly recommend doing business with them.

The owner, Rick Does, is an excellent A/C tech, but also a well versed mechanic, especially on Honda cars & vans (and other models too).
I had a cold weather related problem that he “talked” me through on the phone. He researched the problem, and gave me the info needed to resolve the issue. I wasn’t at his shop, but had used him once before, so all his efforts were at NO charge to me.
Rick does excellent work, at a fair price, done with confidence and integrity. I will continue to use him, and recommend his services.

Wonderful & Honest Family Repair Shop!
My car required dealership programming (car's computer) that can't legally be serviced by a non-Chrysler dealership mechanic, so I took it there, but I wouldn't be confident in making that decision without taking it here first. Rick gave me the impression of integrity and left me with confidence, explained everything well and looked over my parts from head to toe before sending me that way.
There's also a friendly greeter working here.

This family owned business is incredible! Several weeks ago, the AC in my car went out, and I took it to a different AC repair shop. That repair shop quoted an unbelievably high estimate to repair it. A friend told me about Rick at Granbury Auto AC & More, so I immediately took my car there. Rick assessed the problem and told me what needed to be done to resolve it at a reasonable cost. He ordered the needed parts and installed them at a cost that was HALF of what the other company quoted. My AC and heater are working great now, and I’m so pleased with the result. I’ve experienced in some cases

We recently took our 1998 Tacoma to Granbury Auto AC with AC issues. The owner and his wife are two off the nicest people you will meet and more importantly two of the most honest as well. Rick took the time to fully explain the issue with my wife's truck and showed us different options for it's repair. I feel his work on the truck was exactly what he would have done had it been his or his family's car. I work with public on a daily basis and can attest to their meticulous and honest nature. If you have AC or other car issues give these people a call first, you won't be disappointed.
