I have contracted with Glenn Aire to service our unit twice a year. They are very thorough and provide you with a detailed report on your system after the service. They arrive when they say they will be at your house and they provide you with a short bio and picture of your technitechnician before he arrives.

Coil was leaking and needed replaced. Nathan, the service technician was very knowledgeable, skilled and proficient at replacing the coil. He was also attentive to my concerns and conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner.

My father-in-law's AC went out on a Sunday. He lives off the beaten path & kind of hard to find. I found this company online, called, talked to the answering service. Wes called me back within 30 minutes. Scheduled the appointment for about 2 hours later. He called with diagnosis & price which was about $200 less than I figured. Will be our go to A/C company from now on!

We used Glenn-Aire in the past and felt they were fair to deal with, but not so much this time. The technician was upfront about the extra cost of a Saturday repair and he was professional, but they charged us at least three times the cost of the part. I expect a premium but this seemed excessive. He was very interested in getting us to sign up for their club plan. They seem like any other big company only interested in making money.
