I ordered a screen Friday morning, owner said to pick up before 5. Store is closed on the weekend. I arrived at 4:45 and the store was closed.
I am finishing up the renovations on my rental in Riverside on Saturday and now I have to return again next weekend just to put the screen on.
If you advertise and personally tell me you are open until 5 then be open until 5. I am a very busy person and I have my days well planned out. This store just cost me another half day away from home and about $15.00 in fuel.
If the owner had an emergency, well perhaps I will change my review. Until then One star

Reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable. Under promised and over delivered. We replaced 8 screens and a slider with a pet screen. They also replace a missing screen frame. Work was well aligned and evenly spaced. I hadn't noticed our other screen was cattywampus until we received the newly repaired one back. When the service technician came out he offered practical advice for a new screen door.

I was having the HARDEST time finding someone to replace my front screen door when I lucked up and found Rapid Screen Repair. From initial call to installation of my new door, it was a little over a week and a half but that was only because my door wasn't standard size, otherwise it would've been completed much sooner. Either way, I am very happy. Both Tim the owner and Tim who handled the install were great to work with and would highly recommend them for your screen door needs!

When my wife and I bought a house we realized it was missing a screen for a window. Contacted rapid screen repair and they got right back to me! Dropped off a screen and they made two the same size for my house (I replaced a second old screen). It was ready for pickup the next day, the screens are strong and sturdy and fit nicely for my windows. The man at the front desk (I'm assuming the owner) was friendly and wore a mask (for Covid spread prevention). Great service and I recommend them, if I need a screen they are now my go to!

I came here to get my bedrooms window screen replaced. I have a dog who loves to bark at everything from the window. It was time for me to replace it. This was my first time coming here and I am really happy with my almost new looking window. The screen was really well done and my window looks so much better ! I really appreciate their service. They are also a reasonable as pricing goes :)

In the past I had always gone to a hardware store for screen repair and they would always tell me to bring it in and I would get it back in 2 or 3 weeks. After my son's schnauzer ran through the old screen door I looked on yelp and tried to find someone who specializes in screens and called Rapid and was told if I brought it in today I could get it back tomorrow. The price was good when I brought it in and it was done the next day. One happy customer here. Probably was a better price and fast which is really important with the windows open all the time in SoCal

I rent an apartment and needed one screen re-screened and one built to match. Something my landlord should cover due to errors in recent building repairs, but I didn't want to deal with the headache of dealing with my landlord asking for reimbursement. So, point is, for money I greatly didn't want to spend...the cost overall wasn't too bad.
VERY fast turnaround (sooner than 24hrs) and their shop was busy.
Owner was quick with customer service sticking straight to business (no friendly small talk) which was ok by me.
Parking in the rear of their building is extremely tight,

What a great business. I called and talked to the owner. I gave him measurements over the phone and he said to come in tomorrow at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm the next day and everything was ready... it was just that easy. Love it. More businesses need to operate like this. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

I've taken all my window screens here to be replaced. We have old wood double hung windows and with that come the not so standard sizes/needs. These guys do a ton of older houses and steered me in the right direction...when I first came in I had no idea what I was looking for, so I brought in my original screens and they said it was no problem. Decent pricing, $30 a piece. Yeah, the service guy is a grump but whatever. I'm in and out quickly and get exactly what I need.
