After 25 years are finally able to purchase the home of our dreams and there were many things we needed to do before we moved in. The most important was our home office; we needed a 10 ft. French door unit with opaque glass and transom installed in the foyer open room. We had contacted 3 other companies and none of them could do the job until we found Rich Osuna of Doors All Kinds.

Evidently this guy is to busy to update his website. He doesn't do repairs and his prices arent reasonable. Also hes so busy hes forgotten about costomer service. Please dont tell him you're looking for a fair price, he'll hang up on you. Maybe if you say youre looking to pay too much.
At some point Rich will be humbled so as to remember what costomer service means.

I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only one who was unhappy with his work. I used his company years ago, and I'm still living with his mistakes. He brought a couple of kids with him, and was training them on the job. However, I paid the full price for professional people. There are a couple of doors that still won't stay open all the way, and when I complained way back when, he said it was the construction of my house. I've since had my hardware updated, but before that, a door handle fell off. I was so glad I was in the hallway and not the bedroom. Lousy work. From

I've worked with Richard for various projects and he has always come through for me. He's installed my new front door without have need to remove the existing jam 7 years ago. His precision and detail are unmatched with door installations. Our most recent experience with him was with out French door. Again, he came through and did this with perfection. He has a lot of pride in his workmanship and it shows!

Rich is unprofessional and unreliable. We had ordered custom doors based on his suggestion and measurements after he had bid and accepted the job and then bailed out the day before install by sending a text. We had rescheduled one time/gave advance notice and he was obviously mad. When we called him, he was rude, hung up, and never responded to our text. When I look at his 8 reviews, 2 prior reviews call him rude/mention hanging up...not good!

I called Rich up after seeing him on YELP! and going to his web site. THIS IS THE RUDEST person you will EVER talk to on the phone. In a 3-min conversation he cut me on at least 3-4 times and said email him a scope of the job. So even after that I just assumed he had a bad day and I emailed him twice and no response since about 8-9 days ago. MOVE ON AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I was excited to hear my wife found a carpenter to fix our French doors that had water damage so we didn't have to buy new ones. Richs' initial quote was $375 but qouted higher after asking for photos. He said the work was more extensive and it would be $450. Upon his arrival, I was surprised that Rich said he would use screws vs Biscuits and dowels since it was my impression he was a finish Carpenter. I guess it was our fault for not qualifing the scope of the work as he will not do any wood filler or painting. Be very careful with the scope of work when you have this done. His website

Rich with Doors All Kinds is consummate professional and great at what he does. My family's new home had an open den and we really wanted to turn it into a room with double doors.
Before even entering my home he answered 10-12 emails, and five of my calls--answering many question I had over a span of two weeks. All before I was even a customer. He answers every question patiently and gives his professional recommendation. Others contractors we were getting quotes from lacked the extra customer service that Rich had.

Rich has many years of experience hanging doors. He replaced all my interior doors which had been done by someone else only a few years earlier but were never quite right, Rich did a puuurfect job. He also installed a custom front door that looks and functions spectacular. I highly recommend Rich as he brings all tools needed to the work site, and he is neat and organized. The job was done quick and my family and i are very satisfied with our doors.
