Sat on the phone for 15mins with somebody gathering my location and contact info. Finally get sent to somebody that can schedule service, and they say they don't service our area!? I literally gave them my exact address up front! I don't know if this is a franchise of some larger company and maybe corporate answered then transferred; regardless the service area should be known by anybody representing the company.
Some may say "well the company is in long beach, what did you expect"
well, I took a picture of the GOOGLE LISTING where it says BAKERSFIELD!

Be warned. These guys came out to measure the fire door I needed to be replaced. They took a 50% deposit. 6 weeks later they came out to install the new door. What do you know, the new door didn't fit!
Rather than finishing the job, they then sent me a note saying they "have decided to no longer proceed with this project and that they would refund my deposit."
Thanks for the help!
In response, "good customer service" means you finish the job you contracted to complete, and not simply walk away from a customer.

We needed are automatic door for our hardware store repaired. I called another company who referred me to Specialty Doors. after reading the reviews I decided to ask what that was about. they told me they have a branch in Long Beach, we're happy to provide address. and were surprised to hear about the review. So I decided to try their services for myself since I still need my hardware store door fixed. Very professional team.
