I had contracted All Comfort NC to check on a heat pump. The result was that heat pump failed. So, a new heat pump and air-handler was required. All Comfort sent one guy - Tye - to do the installation. They sent the right guy. Tye was a force to be reckoned with. He showed up exactly on time, but alone. This installation requires two men, normally. Normally it's a four hour job for the aforementioned two men. Tye did the installation, alone, in five hours. Oh my goodness! I am so happy! I called this morning because I screwed up my HVAC system trying to install a new ecobee and I had no idea what I was dealing with. I thought I had narrowed down the problem to a part that costs $800. Robert walked through my door and within five minutes told me that I had just blown a fuse and there would be no need to replace the zone control board. Even further, I can't believe I got service within two hours of my call on a weekday. He was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable.

The All Comfort technician called ahead in the time frame he was scheduled to arrive in. He checked all items relating to my temperature complaint and found other deficiencies that needed to be repaired to maximize the heat pump performance including cleaning out condensate drains. He spent time explaining the issues to me. I was so impressed I signed up for their PM and Maintenance Program. Highly recommend!

I have use All Comfort a couple of times for repairs and most recently to replace our unit. Their communication was prompt and their install was neat. I have been pleased with their service so far. I did expect the indoor humidity to be a little lower but hopefully that will improve. I would recommend All Comfort for your HVAC needs.

When I needed a microwave external vent installed after the hurricane, I chose this company because it was recommended on my Nextdoor app. None of the kitchen work could progress (tilework) until the microwave was installed, & the installer said an HVAC person had to do the vent.
I was charged $500 (a lot more than the cost of the microwave!) for this and a maintenances clanging of my system.
I had already agreed to the installation, so I paid. I think it was excessive.
I also needed to create a cover for it.

I purchased an A/C- Heating unit from All Comfort last year. The techs displayed impeccable customer service. Earlier this month I noticed that my unit was not cooling off my home properly. Since I called after hours, a tech was not able to come until the following day. Unfortunately, the pressure switch needed to be replaced. Aaron, tech explained that the part needed to be ordered but he was able to keep the satisfactorily unit the new part came in. Even though the temp outside was 90 degrees, I was comfortable inside. Got a new replacement package unit for my downstairs zone. The owner came to my house for the estimate and did a thorough inspection. I was interested in converting my system to a split unit system in order to save space in my yard (I live downtown and have a small yard) but was informed that the split systems require nearly as much outdoor area as a package unit and would save me quite a bit of money. None of the three bidders I had prior had informed me of this, and All Comfort certainly did not have to save me money by telling me this. I highly value honesty and for that reason chose their bid

All Comfort Heating & Cooling has been taking care of my home heating & cooling needs for 3 years. I have an annual contract with All Comfort Heating & Cooling to routinely inspect and service my heat pump and ac system twice a year. This way I know my heating & cooling system is operating at peak efficiency. Should there be a problem with my heating & cooling system, the technician explains the problem and tells me the cost to repair the system. Being under the annual contract, should my heating & cooling system need replacement parts, I get a discount. The costs quoted

I was very pleased with All Comfort heating and cooling when we called them last Saturday morning because our air conditioner wasn't working. Aaron came out that same Saturday afternoon and had our air conditioner working within an hour. We were thrilled. He explained everything he did and charged what we thought was a fair fee. I had the please of dealing with Alan when I first moved to NC as he worked for a company that handled my home warranty. He has since gone out on his own with All Comfort Heating and Cooling, LLC. Because of his excellent customer service skills as well as his expertice in the business, I stayed with him during his transition to his new company. I wouldn't think of using another vendor.
