Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Sadly we never heard a word after having the owner come out to our house and look around. We were told it being summer and hot in the attic no work could be done at the time and he'd get us an estimate. It NEVER came still to this day we wait. No I'm kidding we're doing it ourselves... Saved us a lot of money though!

I highly recommend this company. Truly good quality good value very professional responsive and on time. After comparing units, prices we are so happy we chose Total Comfort Services, Inc. Our installer was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision on our purchase of our new American Standard. I cannot tell you the difference having a new American Standard. Thanks to our installer for giving us complete comfort to night. This is our 2nd. American Standard and it held up to all expectations 18+ years with very little maintenance ever.

If there was higher stars than 5 Jim should have them. Had issue with heating. We spoke on the phone to discuss issue. he was kind enough to contact my tenants directly and make all the arrangements. When he called me back he educated me on situation walked through it all. It was obvious that he has had yrs of experience and very knowledgeable, this was very important to me. They were punctual. The repair was done in a timely fashion, clean and very reasonable with price. I would highly recommend using Total comfort services for your Heating and AC needs. Jim keep up the great work. Jim was fantastic. He took it as a personal challenge to figure out what was wrong with my AC unit and would not leave me hanging until he had it figured out. On top of that, he checked with me after the job was complete to make sure it was still in good shape. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the area who needs help with heating and air. Top notch service at an affordable price. Can’t beat it.

I own multiple properties around town and I'm not sure what I would do without these guys. Total Comfort handles all of our heating and air repairs, maintenance and new installs. Jim and Curt just installed new American Standard units in two separate homes last month and everything is working perfectly as expected. These guys are hard working and honest, I can't recommend them enough!
