Great experiences with Mike and Gauge - out with the old unit and duct work and in with the new. While installing they found a water leak in the bathroom. We called a plumber. They did a wonderful job in less than a week. We are now ready for the COLD weather.

We are in the midst of having our two old HVAC units taken out and a new dual unit installed. So far in the process I cannot say enough about how great everyone has been. Mike R. sold us the system and made certain we were happy with what we were agreeing to. Tim M. went over the installation process making sure we had small AC units to keep us… in our house during the 3-4 day installation. And now to Mike B. and Gauge H. who are kind and hard working gentlemen who have worked in dirty cramped sweltering spaces to get our new system going. Thank you all for what you have done thus far.

Ask for a quote for a outside unit, would not give me quote because I refused them into my bedroom. I have them the exact square feet and still would not.. Company does not respect individuals that suffer from anxiety with personal spaces.

Everyone I've ever been in contact with from O'Brien's Heating and Air Company has been extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The men who replaced my old unit did a phenomenal job! Not only did they phone me before their arrival, they arrived early and worked endlessly in a small space breaking the old system apart to get it out of… the closet it was in.
