I honostly recommend AC of Arizona. They were refered to me by a law-enforcement friend who had previously used them. He stated that from the Owner on down they were professional and competent and reputable. So I made the call and the next day Troy the Owner arrived on time to check out my existing unit, and then give me an estimate. Troy then informed me Samantha from his company office would email me a contract by the end of the day with all the cost. The contract was sent and was very detailed and fair. I accepted and the next day Samantha called to schedule the install for the following week

Troy and his team are outstanding! I called and booked an appointment with Sam. She was quick and friendly. I asked a million questions about my AC unit and also how cleaning my air ducts works. She explained it all very well. I ended up getting a tune-up since it is winter here in AZ and I want to be prepared for when summer approaches again next year. Last year, when I was staying with a friend for a month while my home was being renovated. Her AC went out during the end of July and I DO NOT want to ever experience that in my new home... it was BRUTAL. I had to sleep with damp blankets and I

I loved it to that he was on time. They never make you wait all day. They let you know when they are on their way and when to expect them.

Phil, Kevin and Samantha are amazing! My A/C went out twice this summer. The unit was 20 years old. Both times I called Samantha and she had a tech out in less than an hour. Both times they were able to get it working again. Kevin was one of the techs who got it working at night. Today Phil and Kevin replaced it all very efficiently. They are both wonderful men and hardworking. I highly recommend ACA. I won’t use anyone else, but, no worries for me because I have a brand new Trane at a very reasonable price! I must add that Troy, the owner is fantastic and honest. I love this company.

My air conditioning went out after numerous repairs and I decided a replacement was necessary. I researched on line and was drawn to ACA. Troy came out immediately, researched the system and provided a quote the same day. The price was in line with expectations and they scheduled the installation quickly. The team showed up on time, were courteous and respectful, and explained what they were doing. Got the job done quickly, cleaned up, and everything was exactly as promised. Great company- great people.
