Carlos Fulton, is a native and current resident of Richardson, TX. His professional career began in construction and hospitality early on, and later continued into real estate and project management. Carlos's main mission is to combine his skills and provide a truly different contracting experience for his community.
Growing up here, and now operating a construction business here brings so much meaning to each project. We aren't just doing it for anyone, we are doing it for our neighbors, our family, our friends. If we continue to keep our focus on the customer experience, then we believe we can redefine what it's like to work with a contractor in Richardson and North Dallas.
Chris was raised here in Richardson and is a graduate of St. Mark's School in Dallas and the U.S Naval Academy. A retired Navy pilot and energy executive, Chris brings a wealth of leadership and experience to Alliance. He has personally performed property restorations and overseen the full remodel of multiple homes during his 24+ year military career as he moved around the country.

I worked with Alliance Restoration on a fairly complex residential roof replacement project. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Carlos was when I had questions or needed clarification. And the attention given to the smallest details showed a level of care that's hard to find in today's market. Highly recommended.

Alliance completed a full renovation for us. After the tornado last year, they responded and made immediate temporary repairs to our front porch that nearly collapsed. It was a blessing in disguise! Alliance gave us the exterior we've always wanted! We drive home to our dream home every day, and it feels amazing! I highly recommend Alliance and their teams. They provide a great product, service, and overall experience!

After a big rain storm we noticed a water spot on our ceiling. I called Carlos and he came same day and provided an estimate based on his diagnosis. His crew showed up at the time scheduled and fixed the roof leak. Crew was professional and quick. Price was right too. He also had a website to submit payments which made it easy.

As a Plumber in Frisco, I have to work around a lot of Roofing issues. Even though, I did not personally hire Alliance, I met them at the customers home this morning. They were needed to install a Cap on a vent pipe for a water heater heater I was installing. They did an outstanding job and it was on a very steep roof. Highly Recommend.

I was selling my house so I needed a roof inspection before the listing date. I spoke with Carlos over the phone and I could tell he was on top of his craft.
He came by the next day and did the inspection, and emailed me a detailed report that afternoon. He said I could pass inspection, but recommended we make a few minor repairs. The reason being that those little details would give potential home buyers the added confidence that my

Carlos and the team at Alliance Restoration did some repairs on our roof after we had a storm with high winds this past spring. We had a great experience with Alliance.
