If you are reading these reviews, please disregard the reviews by Alex Herold and "Sunny Shiner". These reviews are by the same person. I worked for Jerry at that job and Alex made it extremely difficult to do the job correctly. He ordered 2 sliding glass doors without telling Jerry and both doors did not slide correctly/fit in the doorframe. Jerry gave the homeowner hundreds of options on doors and the homeowner did not follow his advice (Alex instead ordered doors on his own that did not fit the definitions of the frame. I know this information because I printed out the possible sliding doors

Jerry replaced two bathtubs for us. He removed the oldtilesnd tubs, replaced the pipes, installed new faucets, subway tiles, accent tiles, shelves, towel racks, painted and grouted. When he noticed a problem with the garage ceiling he brought his subcontractors to fix that, too. He was very professional, honest, and thorough. He worked with our budget, made excellent recommendations, and had everything completed on schedule. His subcontractors were also good. Everything was swept and wiped at the end of each day. After the work was completed Jerry came over and personally touched up a small place

He never finished the job he was hired for his crew would leave a mess around the yard as well as leaving the stero on when away for lunch etc... we are now starting to have issues with the work taht was done and because he left us with the work unfinished and he was so shady we have to hire Someone else to finish the nightmare he left us with since he won’t respond to emails or phone calls! This guy is a crook! By the way Jerry we realize that you are reading these reviews and to yes insult your intelligence, surfer Rosa is not a name you idiot it’s an email a aka user name. We hired Jerry Zimmerman for a full remodel on our East Dallas home. This remodel included bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining, and kitchen. Jerry is a very knowledgeable contractor who did an outstanding job for us. His attention to detail was great, and he took the time to make sure things were done right, which is really what sets him apart in my opinion. We lived in the home during the 12 week renovation so I inspected his work daily. If ever I had a question, he had an answer. Steer clear of this contractor!! I am a real homeowner that was taken advantage of this low life in 2015 in East Dallas. I little background of my NIGHTMARE experience:
A proposal was signed by myself and a contractor, Zimmerman Carpentry, to complete the renovation of my residence. After receiving a large payment, the contractor halted work on my house and never came back. The contractor would not return calls, emails, or texts.
