We contacted Troy at Reddick Plumbing on Saturday because our water heater had gone out. By talking to Troy we determined it was best to replace our water heater. Within a few hours of contact we had our new water heater installed. Troy provided professional and efficient same day service.

Elec water heater at home needed replacing. I looked online at plumbers & reviews of them. Reddick had good feedback from customers & I can add to that: I called early, Troy answered & promised to do the work that day. He updated at noon that he would arrive at 1:30pm. By 3pm I had hot water back w/new HWH. He also arranged the inspection by city for next morning. The inspector said “Yes, he does good work.” While I’m not thrilled to spend nearly $1k on anything, it had to be done and I think he charges a fair rate and made the repair as painless as possible.
