They did an amazing job cleaning my tile. Very fair price and great service. When I walked into my house after they were done I had to email the owner to compliment him and ask for the name of his business so I could leave this review. I was floored ( pun intended). Very impressed.

Mark is very flexible. I had to reschedule due to closing delays on my house and he was able to reschedule me quickly. His prices were reasonable as well. When he cleaned the grout in my house, he was on time, efficient, professional, and personable. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because my tile and grout looked fantastic after he was done. I will only use Mark and his company for my tile and grout cleaning from now on.

Mark is honest, timely, and did a great job. I called because we had a dog visitor who decided to mark his territory in all four of my bedrooms. I called Mark based on his reviews and so glad I did. Even though he had a full day, he offered to come over at the end of his day to see if he could help. He cleaned my carpets and they turned out beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for carpet cleaning. I will be using him again and have posted his business on my Facebook page to tell everyone what an amazing job he did and to do my part in promoting his business

I had a great experience getting my grout cleaned by Mark, the owner today, Aug 19, 2019. I have a small 2 bedroom condo and I needed about 200 sq ft of grout cleaned in the kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. Mark showed up early and was very professional and friendly. He did a great job cleaning but also went out of his way to cover the carpeting with towels to protect it from the hose. He was thorough and efficient, getting in and out within an hour. The tile looks awesome! I will definitely use GCS Carpet Tile and Grout Cleaning again!

Mark was super responsive and professional. He provided us with guidance about how to not only clean our newly-installed tile but how to keep it looking nice. He sealed the grout for us and was conscientious about drying off his shoes from the rain and wearing shoe protectors. His prices are very reasonable! We will definitely hire him to clean the grout when it is needed and plan to call him after the holidays to clean our carpets.
