After months of searching for a reputable company to replace the unsightly, old siding on our house, we were very happy to meet Gregg from Exterior Remodelers of America. He was truly knowledgeable about the materials ERA uses as well as the work required to get the job done in a timely manner. He was with us every step of the way, addressing any questions or concerns. Our installer, Randy, worked our project from start to finish and was a true professional. He took care of every little detail and did such a great job. Its so nice to drive up to our house now and see the exterior transformation

I had a salesman come into my home giving me a sales pitch that he had all this experience with HOA's and that all his colors he could get approval on and that he did all kinds of work within the HOA and he would handle it. After the contract was signed he informed me to file out the Architectural Review application for the HOA. Which I did and it was denied and I have since appealed the decision on my own. The only reply from the salesperson was what are "YOU" going to do now. He did absolutely nothing to help me with the appeal and has not returned call.

I had this company install siding on my house and they did an excellent job. It only took the employee one week to complete the job on my 4 bedroom home and it looks great! He was very organized and courteous which I appreciate. My home was built in the late 1970's and The Exterior Remodelers of America made it look new again. I love my new home!

Exterior Remodelers just finished painting my house in Glendale, installing drip inset, bird stop, soffit and doing siding work all along the roofline / fascia etc. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the work. Every single person with whom I dealt, from the first man who dropped off the flyer , the office people, the salesman, paint crew and installer are outstanding. I recently agreed and had all my windows and doors replaced in my second home. My decision on my second job was because I had such a great experience and professional job done in my first home. This company is fantastic. They did a wonderful job covering up the gables, soffit, fascia with siding to make hour home rejuvenated and modern. Our home is 37 years old brick and the siding brought it into the modern age. From the time we signed the contract to the finished work it was close to a month which to us was very fast. They were thorough and answered very detailed the questions we had.

Recently had our soffits, fascia, and upper siding replaced by Exterior Remodelers of America (ERA), as well as having our house painted. Until we had this work done, I never realized how much improvement we would see in the finished product. The new home builders don't finish the soffits (apparently to save a little money), with the result that we homeowners experience a number of problems with pests, etc. The work done on our home by ERA has made our home much more attractive, and relieves us of having to fight pest infestations, as our eaves are sealed and pest free.
