Arizona Stairs has been servicing the Phoenix valley since 2001 and was acquired by Titan Stairs, Inc. in 2009. Arizona Stairs has grown to become the valley leader in the stair industry. Arizona Stairs has great relationships with the valley's largest home builders as well as being a well-recognized brand for stair remodels.
Stair Remodel: A stair rail remodel is a common home improvement project. Stairs are typically not a high priority when it comes to remodeling. Consider this though; the stair case is typically the focal point of the entire home, as it can be seen from both the first and second floors. Updating your rail system will change the overall appearance of your entire home, while adding value.

We had our new stair rail installed in 2020 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The design, construction and finish were exactly as promised. The installers were outstanding, clean and professional. After the install, we had additional remodel work done on our home including new hardwood floors. The floor installers used a chemical that damaged the finish in areas on the new stair railings. The Arizona Stair Team sent out a technician to review the damage and give us an estimate. In the end, he fixed the damage along with some other scratches that we made during the subsequent remodel

The construction and installation of our new staircase was magnificent. Great craftsmanship and high quality. Unfortunately, the beauty of the construction is lost in the stain work. The person who stained the stairs and landing, after installation did a terrible job. Landing was significantly darker and stairs were dramatically inconsistent. They had to replace the landing, which looked better but their touch up on the stairs only made things worse. What started as beautiful is now an eyesore.

We needed to add a handrail to a wall in our existing stairwell and were referred to Arizona Stairs. They did a fabulous job, matching the existing handrail and doing an excellent installation. This was a relatively small job, but we received wonderful assistance and advice. Ernie came to discuss our needs and was extremely thorough in measuring and matching both the shape and color of the new rail. Mark did a great job on the installation, and Angelo was helpful and responsive every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased with their work, and I would highly recommend them.

I had been trying over a span of 3 years to find a contractor to remodel my stair railing. Everyone confidently declined and reassured me that due to how massive the job would be that I wouldn't find anyone to remodel. Everyone wanted to replace, until Ernie the sales rep came over and overwhelmingly comfirmed that his team would seamlessly upgrade my railing. The job was done in 3 days! My stairs are gloriously beautiful! I am in awe of them simply because I was starting to accept that it wouldn't happen. Thank you tons AZ stairs for making what seemed like a fantasy be reality. I called the stair company for help with a stair remodel. Took 3 phone calls (two of them reminders to get back to me) and 1 email with the requested details to finally get an appointment scheduled. Appointment complete, the representative stated he would get back to me by Friday (end of week). It is now 3 weeks later, 0 contact, and with this lack of customer service I have decided to go elsewhere. If they didn't want to do the job, a simple phone call or email would have been sufficient to notify me. Unless you want to have to manage the company, (reminders, constant pushing for updates etc)

We had a great experience with Arizona Stairs. The sales representative was easy to work with, Daniel G. the installer and Mary the strainer were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Both of them kept us informed as they demonstrated knowledge and skill in their craft. They took care to ensure our furniture and house were protected as they worked. We are thrilled with the final outcome.

I stopped in the store to look into either updating our current staircase or replacing it. After being there for about 10 minutes looking at samples, a lady came out and said there wasn't anyone there to help me. She gave me a business card and told me to contact Chris. I spoke with and emailed Chris pictures and details concerning our project. He said he would get back to me with options and numbers by the next day. I followed up and he said he would get it to me by the 4th. I still haven't heard back. My assumption is it would not be wise to go with a company that has difficulty getting us the

Arizona Stairs was amazing to work with. From the time the gentleman came out to give me an estimate to the amazing work the installer did. I never thought my stair would bring me so much joy. As a home remodeler/investor, I have worked with many different contractors and have never posted a bad review. My recent experience with AZ Stairs on my personal home remodel was downright awful. Stain match was a complete disaster, but the worst part of it all was how the company reps handled their mistakes. Find another contractor and save yourself the stress and headaches I had to endure.

I needed to change my wooded balusters out for iron ones, I thought this could be something I do myself. I was so wrong! So I called Arizona Stairs based on a recommendation. They were fantastic! Chris my rep came to my house and gave me a great quote with quick turn around since they had everything I needed in there warehouse. It all happened a week after I got the quote! Chris had great communication and even came out with samples a couple days before the install to make sure I liked what I chose. Dan the installer was incredible! Did the job quick and neat. Hired to do a wood stair remodel on our new home purchase in Phx. Did a very poor job on the work and caused me and other contractors a lot of time and headaches to fix. Unprofessional (even insulting at times) on how they handled their mistakes. I have worked with many contractors in the past due to my profession and never felt compelled enough to post a bad review. I would not recommend using this company.
