Our BathWraps shower pan squeaked right after installation. Our dealer said it's normal (REALLY?!) so we called BathWraps to verify. Then, as many reviews in bestcompany.com pointed out, no matter how many times one called, no one in BathWraps would return calls. This company has no customer service at all! How can BathWraps say they "lifetime guaranteed" their products if they can't even answer a simple question?!

I would not work with this company EVER! I have a project that needed one shower wrap and one tub/shower wrap and they would NOT come out to speak with me about the remodel project without my wife present. I told the rep on the phone that this was a rental property I was fixing up and that we both do not need to be present. She refused to send someone out to look at the project. I told her that I guess we could not do business then. Next thing is she hung up. Stay away, it looks like the HARD CLOSE company and not a company that wants to offer great service.
