Have been looking for a reliable HVAC service provider for a while. Initially joined their regular maintenance subscription for my primary residence, but also called them for an issue on a rental property. I always find them responsive, picking up the phone, helpful, courteous, and highly efficient. I trust them to do what's necessary and to find the cost efficient way to get there. Their service call charge is reasonable and I'm happy to work with them on an ongoing basis.

I will start by saying that I have never given a written review before. Normally, I will give the business a call to tell them how happy I was with their service. I gave Indoor Experts to do just that and I was compelled to write this review as well. After spending an hour or so reading reviews, I came across this company and every review was 5 stars. I mean every review! I decided to call their number at 10:30 pm to leave a message. i received a return phone call at 9:00 the next morning. But here is the catch, I didn't leave a message. Best decision I’ve made!! My A/C went out after a storm and lightening hit. I called the office that morning and left a message of my issue. I received a call back from Tracy (who was a complete gem) within an hour to discuss and schedule. The tech came roughly 2 hours later and called when they were 15 minutes away. He arrived on time, with masks and shoe covers, was professional and worked quickly. Prices were fair too. I would give them a million stars if possible. Impeccable customer experience!!

Recently moved into a new home with a 11 year old AC unit and it stopped working. I initially was super stressed but these guys helped me within a couple hours of calling and were extremely pleasant and thorough. (Also the lady who answered the phone was wonderful) They fixed the issue (which was just a small part) and the cost was super fair and affordable. Highly recommend!

I had four companies conduct tests on my unit to determine why it wasn't blowing cold air. Indoor Experts was the third. The tech was the most thorough in investigating and explaining the issues and options. He showed exemplary patience when the systems in our home were mislabeled. I would give them more stars if I could. Definitely top notch service and experience.
