Bought a full HAVAC system from them, less than 2 years later, heat was not coming out in any way, just blowing air. Had the company come over to fix the problem, 3 times, nothing was fixed, several things were actually broken by them, (we are technicians by trade, not as HVAC people but know how things truly work). We were charged a fee that they insisted we pay for a freon style charge that they caused, the cooling sytem was working fine. Guess they felt they had to get some money for thier poor service people's time. There were no details in the emailed invoice, just a you pay us bill.

Andy was great. He showed up on time, then quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem, plus performed some additional maintenance. Andy is very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Tom Bunch HVAC. They were able to get my AC fixed quickly in the middle of a heat wave with 95+ degree temperatures -- when having good AC is so important to me. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Tom Bunch this afternoon. The technician, Blake, came to my house for a blown capacitor on my AC unit - was courteous and efficient, very thorough, and worked to make some needed repairs happen for me at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend, particularly Blake as a technician, and will definitely be using Tom Bunch again.
