The team spent many hours repairing a difficult to find refrigerant leak. They did not charge me for their extra time. They were responsive, professional and courtesy despite the hot conditions they were working in. They were persistent in locating the issue and fixing it. They could have easily charged me double. It's hard to find contractors that have integrity and the Team from True Patriot has that and then some. It's the way you develop trust which is so important. Thank you Gentlemen! Johnny, of True Patriot, was at our house less than 24 hours after calling in about the AC not cooling as it should. Turned out to be a simple fix for him but what made Johnny stand out was not his work but his attitude. The world is short on decent hardworking folks nowadays like him and it's a wonderful thing to have someone in your home doing work that actually cares

Kevin came and did great work. Prices were reasonable. Beat Peachtree Heating and Air by thousands. Did great work and did not leave until the job was done. Very happy to recommend. Showed up on time, was professional, used based on a good referral, and just a happy camper. Fair and does good work. You couldn't ask for more.

Me and my wife have been in our home for one year. We have records of our services completed before we hired this company to come over for a yearly routine maintenance. This required a filter replacement and compressor coils to be cleaned. I wish I could upload the video and still images of this man(owner of the company) taking the side of my air compressor unit off, pulling the wire out and telling my wife that we need to replace the contactor. Basically in short words. I told him that we are ok for now and if it goes out. I can replace it myself. The guy didn’t know that I am a certified Hvac

True Patriot was great - from start to finish. My AC had gone out after I tried to install a smart thermostat myself. True Patriot quickly returned my initial call, and they were available at the desired time. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. He even showed up in a mask. The entire time here he was professional and friendly plus he worked efficiently. Upon inspection he needed a part for the AC unit, so he ran to the store and picked one up, returning and installing it in a very timely manner. After all was said and done, I was even able to pay electronically. I would recommend

My central air began blowing hot air instead of cold air. My home was super hot! I called around to see if someone could come out and check and see what the problem was. It was after 12pm and everywhere I called could only come out the next day. I called True Patriot and they came out within an hour. Kevin was so friendly, courteous and helpful!!!! The technician Kevin was awesome. I was very satisfied with my service. He quickly recognized what my issues were with my air conditioner and resolve it immediately. This company was very professional and on time. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would never use anyone else for all of my heating and cooling leads. The service was very friendly, courteous, and extra professional. Kevin is truly a consummate professional there is nothing better than a person who knows what he is doing cares about the job and his clients. I do not feel ripped off.
