In this crazy time, these guys were prompt, professional, and following CDC guidelines. They gave me honest service and repair unlike other pool services I contacted. I ALSO LOVE how they email me a picture of the work that was done and get that to me same day. I would highly recommend Pool and Patio Pros. Great prices and services, fair and reliable.

We love our pool company, they do excellent service, and their communication is fantastic. They always ask us before they repair anything if we want to proceed, and then take care of it right away. We get an emailed detailed report each week of the services rendered, and a picture of our pool after they take care of it. Our pool has never looked better.

I can't recommend these folks more highly. They have serviced my pool expertly for years. They came out recently on an emergency basis and rescued my pool; getting it back to sparkling condition without needing to drain it (which I was afraid they'd need to do). I am grateful to them.

I recently switched my service to P&PPros, and my only regret is that I didn’t find you all sooner. Being a pool owner and having someone coming into your backyard once a week, you want to feel safe in that selection and also feel like you’re not being taken advantage of. My experience with MJ has been of the highest level of professionalism. He is helpful and kind. We have been going through a backyard reno and this other company was really screwing up the pool equipment. MJ was very professional in his dealings with the other company, and very honest and educational when explaining to us

They go above and beyond to help make sure your pool is clean and running perfectly. They always communicate well too. Recently our usual guy came out and helped me install a pool part that I bought separately on our Zodiac Baracuda. He didn't have to do that but did anyway. Thank you!

Excellent team! They came over and completed a pool fence weeks before they were supposed to. They FaceTimed me since I could not be home before and after the job. The team was courteous and prompt and did an overall great job. I highly recommend them.

Nate and his team were TOP NOTCH! Responsive, professional, efficient, knowledgable and so friendly! We had reached out to several companies, and we are so happy we decided to go with Pool & Patio Pros. Recently had our pool resurfaced and a new filter put in. Pool and Patio Pros did an outstanding job ! Very competitively priced - both for this job and our monthly service. Our service guy, Mike, is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Always willing to go that extra mile for us.
