San Tan Pool Services

My review is from watching the Silver GMC Canyon with San Tan Pools logo speed past me on Greenfield & Williams Field and run through a red light turning right and almost hitting two vehicles. And to top it off he tailgated the two vehicles heading west on Williams Field till he could make a right hand turn into a neighborhood and continue to speed and run through stop signs. I would hope this was an isolated instance but the way this dude was driving I believe this is what occurs daily. .. I think the safety of the community and neighborhoods should come first.

Don't bother with this company. They will come out and try to tell you your system is broken. When you won't play their game because you know it's not broken, they will refuse to come out and service your pool or work with you. Sounded like a scam and proved to be one.
UPDATE: It's been 2 days since these criminals came to our home to check the system for a second time. Our pool is suddenly turning green, my husband went and checked and they turned off my system entirely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL TRY TO SABOTAGE YOUR SYSTEM IF YOU WON'T PLAY THEIR MONEY HUNGRY GAME.

I had cleaned my own pool for a little over a year. Last summer it turned green. I reached out to San Tan Pools and they were able to help me get it better and fast! I then decided to just bite the bullet and have them service my pool. They have done a great job at keeping my pool water looking great. They also have great customer service and respond quickly. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with them.

I would absolutely recommend their service! Our pool is beautifully maintained every week and never had any issues. The best part is that they are able to open our back gate without noise to alert our barking dog in the morning. :)

I paid $1760 over the course of 4 months ($425 per month) and my pool was green the entire time. Read that again and decide for yourself if you want to risk it with these folks. When I discontinued service, they even sent me their notes on my pool and in their notes, week after week, the pool was green. They kept charging me and acting like that was normal. They had me replace a bunch of equipment, they charged me $260 for just service in August stating that they had to put extra chemicals in the pool and my pool was still green. We have been a customer for three years. Their service is barely marginable. Service tech that stops by weekly does not understand the working parts of the pool equipment. He’s cross threaded the salt feature and broke it. Their replacement costs were so high we chose another provider to do that. This past weekend ending April 28, 2019 our pool started getting dingy on Thursday they reported that. Because of the minimal investment pool guys aren't the best long term service providers and that is the reason San Tan Pool Services is such an exception to the rule. These guys have have managed my pool for me for over a decade. They are trustworthy, fair, professional, and consistent. If all you are looking for is someone to throw in a chlorine tablet or two into the basket then hire someone else. But if you are looking for someone to take care of your pool, filter and systems while you concentrate on other things in life...these are guys are the best. The reason I use this company is simple

They did An excellent job on my pool. I needed to have it acid washed and it turned out perfect. They were on time and extremely helpful handling all of my questions. The tech that came out to check the water later on was very thorough and even came back an extra day to help me out. This is a great pool service company.

San Tan Pool Services is the BEST! Not only do they have high quality products but they have always taken the time to listen to my pool issues and give me a plan to correct them. One time I went in to talk to them about algae in my pool. They wrote out a five step plan for me to do without trying to sell me anything and I didn’t buy anything. They shared their expertise for free with no expectations. This is why I love them and will be a customer for life!
