King's Affordable Floors was founded by Alan King. After being in the flooring industry for nearly a decade, and both working for and acting as CEO of a very successful flooring company, Alan had one mission in mind-to provide Atlanta with the best value in flooring with expert installation. King's sells and installs top-of-the-line flooring with industry-leading warranties.

Alan and his team exceeded our expectations far and away.
We did some remodeling where new floors were installed and older floors were refinished.
Work was done promptly, efficiently and with immaculate detail. During our project, Alan kept us in the loop, communicating regularly about workflow.

Amazing European style Wide-plank, White Oak on Concrete Slab!
It took me 3 years, but I finally found THE professionals that know how to install Solid hardwoods on concrete: Kings Affordable Floors.
They're NWFA certified, so they're trained on how to do this the Right way, and I'm super happy with the results! Note: moisture levels (must be low enough) were checked beforehand on my 20 yr slab. You MUST use the right vapor barrier glue. And, the process takes longer than typical installs b/c it's best to wait a couple weeks between installation and sanding. SO Worth the wait!

Amazing customer service, incredible completion time at an unbeatable price! I had carpet put in the entire upstairs and vinyl floor installed in the entire basement. We had our floors done before the holidays and could not be happier. We added hardwood in the living/dining rooms and had the rest of the main floor sanded and stained to match. They look great. There are always some issues with any project but Alan was wonderful in making sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Alan even helped in choosing the right stain color. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Kings Affordable Floors. They did an excellent job installing some new areas of hardwood flooring and refinishing the original flooring to match. The job entailed removing the carpeting in 2 large rooms and refinishing existing hardwood in the rest of the house. The large carpeted room was adjacent to a room with existing hardwood flooring so it was important to look like the wood was contiguous between the two rooms. We had an atypical wood pattern which posed some challenges that Alan and his team were able to handle by modifying the newer (longer) hardwood boards to

These guys are the best stair guys in the area! Alan, the lead salesman, will bend over backwards to make you happy. And Tito is the most skilled craftsman at carpentry I have ever seen. Together they make a team that is skill and art, at a reasonable price. I don't know how I got so lucky, but they gave me more than I was hoping for. You will love this company!

Alan arrived quickly for an estimate, lined everything up and checked on the progress, throughout the renovations. I had never renovated any area in our home and was pleased with the estimated prices.
