He was the first Installation contractor in Georgia to be certified by the National Wood Flooring Association. Atlanta Hardwood Flooring was started by PJ Hart back in 1997. PJ got his start laying hardwood floors for a hardwood company and quickly learned the necessary skills and knowledge to properly install and finish hardwood flooring. When he finally decided to start his own company called Hart Flooring he installed hardwood floors for new home construction projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
He worked on extensive building projects and was a trusted and reliable hardwood flooring contractor. In 1997, with the desire to work on retail residential projects, he started Atlanta Hardwood Flooring in order to service this sector.

I highly recommend Atlanta Hardwood Flooring & Cabinetry! The owner, PJ Hart, and all of his crew are such great people who did an outstanding job on our floors. They ripped out over 2,500 sq ft of carpet and replaced it with new solid hardwood. They also refinished almost 2,000 sq ft of existing 15 year old hardwoods and our stair railings. The end result is amazing! You can't tell what is new wood and what is old....just endless beautifully stained hardwood floors. They are VERY good at what they do, and also they are just really good people who you feel comfortable having in your home. They
