We called around to several companies and received estimates and Select Floors was in the middle range. Kelly provided us with great service and the crew arrived they were very nice we had a couple of pieces of furniture we needed to move that were quite heavy. I'm a bigger fellow and it was really nice to have help in moving heavy furniture.
They took great care of us, did a wonderful job cleaned up after themselves, left the house looking better than when they arrived. We are very impressed and in the future when we have flooring needs they will be the company that we go to.

Timeline - Select Floors said they could finish a job consisting of hardwood floors, carpeting, and tiling, in a week, as the house was empty and they said they could work overnight. It took them 3 weeks to finish the job and they kept pushing it back. Twice they called to let them in the house, even though we left a key for them. (They didn't work either of those days because someone else had the key). Completely unorganized and this caused me to push back other work twice because they couldn't stick to their own timeline.

The owner immediately emailed me with exactly what i asked for and a great price. I went down to his showroom, saw the sample and set up the install. It was a small project that probably will not make him a lot of money but he treated me like it was. I can't wait until i get into my new home where i'll be remodeling- I will definitely be using select Floors for all the tile and hardwoods!!!

The guys did a good job with the installation of new floors, resanding of existing ones, and helping me select a stain color. The installers were a bit gruff, which was a little off putting, but they took care of everything while I was in the hospital for several days and cleaned up and locked up when they were done. I would use them again.

Our HOA provides a yearly ranking of home services and Select Floors was one of two companies that were listed as best in class for quality service, cost effectiveness and the latest product lines. We chose them for providing the best overall proposal. They did not disappoint. They replaced the entire upstairs and staircase carpet with state of the art vinyl "hardwood" planking. It looks totally amazing! Their crew worked relentlessly, with expert skill & professionalism, to finish the job in 2 days. And, they cleaned up completely when they were done.

After 20+ years of wear the hardwood floors in our Windward home in Alpharetta were beginning to show some wear in the high traffic areas and we decided to have our floors refinished by SelectFloors in Roswell in the summer of 2015. The floors looked great when finished but after only two years of wear the finish in one area of our kitchen was completely worn off. We were disappointed that SelectFloors would not stand behind their work and correct what was very apparently sub standard work. At SelectFloors you are on your own after their standard one year warranty expires. Buyers beware.

This review is specific to the Roswell store. Kelly, the General Manager is awesome. He was very involved to ensure every aspect, from start to finish, was to my satisfaction. He knew I had many expenses moving into my home and worked with me to get a price within my budget, yet assuring I received the quality and color I wanted. A gentleman named George came to my house and he was so unpleasant that I knew I was not going to use him after 2 minutes. At first I wanted a quote to finish the floors but he pointed out to me why he could not do it, which was fine. I was OK wih that. THere was obvious damage to the floors because of our dogs, their water bowls, etc. I know now to put down mats but he made me feel that the whole situation was "my fault" and I should have known better. Really nasty. He said he would send me a quote but I never heard from him. Good riddance!

What wonderful group of people to help you. I knew the colors I wanted in the carpet I wanted to replace but I am awful seeing the hues. It was also for a high traffic area. Lynn took me right to the perfect sample. I took it home, perfect. Called, and the owner came and measured and the installers did a terrific job. No seams can be seen and my husband who was home said the installers were not only good at their job, but they were really nice. What a great company!

I have used Select Floors now twice for re-carpeting jobs in my house. Several years ago I had them re-carpet my basement, and recently I had the rest of my house re-carpeted.

Their showroom in Marietta is conveniently open on Saturdays and they have a very friendly staff in there. It was easy to make a selection, and they let me take some samples home to help with my decision.
A salesman came out later for measurements and also was very friendly and upfront about explaining everything involved. I decided to go with a more high end, plush

We had some boards replaced where we had water damage and the rest of the hardwoods refinished. George was on time for our quote and walked me through the insurance process. We scheduled the job and his crew was timely and professional. We LOVE our new floors. They look awesome and the price was very competitive. When we redo our basement we'll go back to Select Floor for sure.

I have had my laminate wood flooring done and now some awesome linoleum that's really thick.
Installation was fast, friendly and very professional as always. George has a great crew and like he always told me; "I treat my customers like my Mom's home. Very carefully and precise."
