I recently had Daniels Floors refinish my hardwood floors on the first floor of my house. It turned out amazing! Excellent and respectful crew came out and didn't waste any time. When they were done everything turned out amazing and my floors look brand new again with new wooden vent covers to match! Highly recommended!!!

Christian and his crew did a great job in our house. They were pleasant an d always picked up after they were done for the day. The floor look great! we had some major remodeling in our house so they had to come fix some minor stuff that got banged up by the other contractors but Laura came out and fixed them. I would definitely use them again.

Don't have this company install your floors. If you do, be prepared for lots of damage. We keep finding more too. I hope you don't get Laura to manage it. Seemed totally unaware of our project details and everything was an excuse (you'll hear 'slipped my mind' many, many times except for billing). The installers didn't finish the stairs, scraped nearly every surface (I have to re-paint walls, trim, doors), got glue on the carpet and walls, and the finish work was very bad. If I could give 1/2 star I would, but just for having a large selection of products. We bought ~1000 sq ft of good quality

Daniel's floors extended our hardwoods into a living room and bedroom. Having existing hardwoods, the way they were seamlessly integrate the old and the new and make them look like they were all installed at the same time was impressive. I think I want the rest of the house done and will be requesting an estimate. Highly recommend.

I am a big stickler for quality workmanship, products, and service. I have worked in the residential, building, and construction industry, so I know what to look for in my own installations. Plus, I was in the military, so I comb over everything with a fine-toothed comb. Unlike many people, I am more about quality over cost. I'd rather pay more for a top quality installation than to pay less and leave it to chance and risk a poor job. Daniel's Floors is quite impressive! I received both top quality workmanship and service AND competitive pricing. I had never heard of them prior to this project

We bought a new house and had two rooms to finish out the hardwoods to match the rest of the flooring. We were under a time crunch to get it done, so Laura recommended a water-based finish, which ended up matching very well. She even noticed parts of our house missing shoe molding and we were able to get it added at a reasonable price. I appreciated these extra bits of consulting rather than just doing the job. The job was done in two days and the room was ready to sleep in the day after that.

These guys are the best in the business. I know that because they told me so several times. However, my experience did not match their personal thoughts about their service. In my experience they did not return my calls and when they finally gave me a quote it was 300% higher than the other 2 quotes I got. When I mentioned my issues the owner seemed disinterested.

I just purchased my first home. I wanted some upscale looking flooring but had other updates to make as well, so my budget was somewhat limited. I am the type of person who does a lot of research before investing money. I visited a lot of flooring stores near my new home. Most of these flooring stores are all about carpet, with a few hardwood sample stands in the back. They pretty much all have the same or similar floors. One of the few contractors that I have had the actual PLEASURE to do business with! They were always in contact and I was never left guessing what to expect. Even months after the installation when I had questions, they were kind enough to spend time educating me and give me advice on upkeep, etc. As a tip to hardwood first-timers: if you are getting hardwood installed in the kitchen; remove all dishes and appliances and put them elsewhere in the house. Even though all was covered with plastic sheeting, there's just no way to keep all the dust out of the cabinets. That was my own rookie mistake
