Had a great experience. Everything went very smooth at atlanta flooring. Fernando and his crew did the installation and I would highly recommend them. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned everything up. It was a very positive experience. If you here for your floor, ask for Fernando. You could buy the best floor, but the most important factor is the installation.

I used Flooring Atlanta to install new hardwood and carpet flooring in a rental unit. Josh Chevalier was able to schedule the install in a very tight window between tenants. He also worked to match my new hardwoods with the existing ones in other rooms. Josh went above and beyond when I noticed a cosmetic install issue, and he had an installation crew come back out and fix it. I recommend contacting Josh at Flooring Atlanta, and I too will reach back out to him for my future flooring needs.

Very happy with my experience here except for the price of install for the hardwood. I ended up getting my flooring here as it was cheaper than other places but got Someone else to install the hardwood. Michael, at Flooring Atlanta was amazing. I told him what look I was going for and he showed me plenty of options and was great about updating me. He was really great. I ended up getting carpet LVP and hardwood and couldn't be more happy about the products. I did use them to install the carpet and LVP and Would def use them again

My experience started out great and slowly went downhill! Carlos was our salesperson. Again his customer service started off great, but once I called asking too many questions and asking for my floor to be done correctly, he became unresponsive. My contractor Jeff did an awesome job with my hardwood floor, although it took him longer than estimated. Once he got to my kitchen he rushed and did an egregious job. I am very upset that two years later I have to replace the lament because it was not glued down! I called Jeff several times to inquire about puckering, however he assured me that the glue

Philip the sales rep failed to list the rooms that need new carpet.
The home was vacant at the time. The crew came out and removed all the carpet in the house. Juan called me to tell me what they did and I will call you back to tell you the outcome. No phone call. The crew reinstalled the carpet they removed that should not have been removed.
The installers used the restrooms and never flushed, left razor blades on window sills and broke a door. When I called Juan and told him what happen, Juan asked the crew and all denied they broke the door or used the restroom. I was told to send pictures

We used Carpet Surplus for new carpet for our terrace level. We visited the showroom with our neighbors and we chose the same carpet and installation. Within 6 months it was coming up and rolling everywhere on our terrace level. We spoke to our neighbors and their carpet was also rolling. We called the store and someone came out to inspect it. He was very nice but had to hand it over to the manager and he would get in touch with me. I never heard from the manager. After 5 calls and no return call or resolution we finally called another company and paid another $5000 to have the carpet replace

Fernando and his team recently installed wood flooring for me and did a wonderful job. They were very professional, prompt and respectful. They stained the new as well as the existing flooring a beautiful walnut brown and no one can tell which is the old and which is new. They were very patient and answered all of my questions no matter how small. Fernando is a great project manager and I highly recommend him. 1300 sq feet, 2-1/4 x 3/4 red oak hardwood, 5 days (9-5pm)

If you're looking for economical flooring, this is the place to go. They had a large selection and hardwood flooring, with a wide range of prices. Everything went great until installation day. We were told it would take 4-5 hours. It took 10 hours to install the flooring and they didn't even finish. They blamed the warehouse for not putting all the supplies on the truck. Wouldn't you make sure you had everything before you came to the job site. It didn't help that 1 of the installers spoke zero English and the other spoke very little. My experience with my recent flooring purchase was impressive. I met with Michael to discuss my options. I was shopping on the low end of the price range, but that did not affect the way I was treated as a customer. This store has a wonderful selection for anyone's budget. The store personnel are easy to work with. The installers were punctual, professional, and did a beautiful job for me. Great selection and good price. I had both carpet and tile flooring installed. There were some hiccups that kept the tile installation from being completed as quickly as promised, but I still give the overall experience five stars. While hiccups will happen, what makes the difference is how it is handled and my concerns were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I dealt with Michael Cohen who took extra steps to make sure the experience was positive and that I would be a happy customer.

My experience with Carpet Surplus and Hardwood Liquidators was excellent from start to finish. Thanks to Josh and Carlos and the entire install team. They arrived on time as scheduled and worked for 7+ hours to complete the job. They were polite, clean, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
