Louis is very knowledgeable about gate systems and was able to help me diagnose my Elite system that was not working. My system died, and due to his schedule he was not able to get to me as quick as I would like, so he offered to help diagnose the issue with me over the phone. Within 20 mins we were able to determine my board got damaged from a power surge. He was able to point me in the right direction to get a new board overnight, and even explained how to replace it. Very patient and understanding gentleman and even declined me trying to pay him for his time on the phone. Would highly recommend

Called and he was able to come to house after I got home from work, found the problem in our 55" LG. He looked up the part needed on line while at the house showed me the price and gave me a quote for the repair that was more than fair. I would recommend Galan Electronics Happily. Great Guy, Great Service, Great Price. What else is there.

The owner, Luis Galan provided me with a time of arrival and arrived on time. He spent time diagnosing the problem and was able to get the parts quickly. He returned and kept me updated the entire time. He called when he said he was going to call, and came to the house when he said he was coming. He worked late into the evening on a Saturday night and was extremely professional. I will recommend him to my friends and anyone that reads this review. His work is flawless and he was very attentive to all details during his work. I know I greatly appreciate the house call, as my TV was too big to transport
