Courteous customer service from receptionist to technician. Technician arrived early, diagnosed, and repaired my heater that was pushing cold air. Alex cleaned the flame sensor and secured loose cables. Very reasonable prices. Most importantly my house is warm and cozy again. Will definitely keep Baily’s in my contacts.

We use Bailey’s for semiannual preventative maintenance. It’s nice that they call to schedule without us having to keep track ourselves. The technician seems to know what he’s doing and gives us a report is finished. They also have made several recommendations that have helped make our house more energy efficient.

A breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. Mine was a difficult project, moving the HVAC unit from one location to another on the property. I made the call to them and they were very responsive, they had a technician come out within a few hours. My family and I were very grateful considering the very busy season for HVAC companies.
