This company is very unorganized and they dont stand by their work. Ive contacted Victor to come out and repair the patio that they installed, in certain areas the pavers had sunk and settled and I just wanted them raised. In fairness to them, they did a good job installing the patio. He wanted to come out and look and we set up a day, he no showed. We set up another day, he no showed again. I emailed and asked if this was his way of telling me he didnt want to do it. He came out the next day. He said it wouldnt be a problem, it was very minor and he would have someone out the next day because

We hired Danpri for our deck and a patio project. The company is very unreliable, the owner is unprofessional and very argumentative who does not take responsibility for his work. communication is practically non existent and does not keep the project schedules and does not supervise its labor . His warranty of work is meaningless. I kept calling and texting him for almost a year but he never returned back to see the issues with the patio construction. It's only when I informed him that I am filing a claim in small claim court, he appeared after a year and still did not resolve the issues

I got a patio done 2.5 years ago and Danpri did a great job originally but the after sale service was extremely poor. It took them almost 8 months back and forth emails, calls, even escalation to the County to get a sinking area fixed under warranty - it was only a one day job. I guess the free repair was their least priority.

We hired Danpri based on a referral from our real estate agent because we wanted to finish our basement in our new home. Victor was incredibly attentive, and his crew were polite, punctual, respectful and very fast, too. Victor has a lot of experience with remodeling, and has good ideas - based on a photograph I sent him from Pinterest, he suggested a tile pattern for the center of the shower that looks terrific, and I wouldn't have thought of that myself. He and his crew also made sure that the area in which they worked was cleaned up at the end of every day. We recommend him to anyone looking
