My garage door used a TorqueMaster system that failed in only 5 years. Roy took the time and explained why it failed and offered to either replace the springs in the TorqueMaster system (only company that offered that service other than Wayne Dalton) or upgrade to a more traditional Torsion Spring system. We upgraded! Great service! Fair Pricing! Thanks for coming out the Day After Thanksgiving!

AJ and Matt came to fix my garage door, which had 1 spring that malfunctioned and only allowed the door to open about 2 feet off the ground. I called that morning and I received an appointment the same day. They were both very professional, friendly, and took time to explain the problem to me very thoroughly. They were very transparent with pricing as well. As they were leaving I asked them about linking a garage door keypad, and he added that to my appointment on the spot. I would highly recommend this company! Keep up the great customer service guys!

I'm so glad I found Triangle Garage Doors LLC to replace one of my garage opener motors, and to replace the spring mechanism on my other door. I was constantly having problems with unbalanced doors defeating the opener mechanism, and having to close the doors with the manual button, due to previous companies using improper parts. The Triangle Garage Doors technician was efficient, answered all my questions and explained my new mechanism thoroughly. I will only entrust my garage doors to Triangle Garage Doors LLC from now on!

Our garage door spring snapped last week. I called several places and the earliest appointment I could get was from Triangle Garage Doors. They showed up at the beginning of the window I was given, which was only like 2 hours after I had called them. The tech called 30 mins before arrival and showed up exactly when he said he would.
The tech (I wish I could remember his name because he was a nice guy and did a great job) had our door fixed in less than an hour. He replaced the spring and did a tune-up that now has the door opening quieter than ever.

Very professional! My garage door broke down and thanks to Damian, the technician that fixed the problem, it was fixed the same day! He was very professional and has a great knowledge of what he was doing. He explained the problem and proposed the best solution possible. My garage door now works perfect and properly fixed unlike our previous repairs attempts with the same issue. I can’t thank enough for the great service!

Highly recommend using this company!! Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions in detail, and made recommendations for things I need to look out for in the future. I had a broken garage door spring and they were quick to come out and fix the issue. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely use again for any future needs.

My garage door finally stopped moving due to a bad repair job by a prior owner. Wound up getting a full replacement of both doors, but was a very fast turn around of just maybe 2 days. I was very happy with the work, and the price was pretty competitive with what I was expecting from searching about it. Everyone who showed up was very good about masks and social distancing.
