Good service and quick to respond. But price is much more than other companies I've used who also have good service. Replaced 12 nylon rollers TL $355. Would not price match or apply any discount when asked. Did not issue invoice as directed and did not offer to correct. I will shop around in the future.

Justin evaluated what he saw and that did not fix our problem. Not only did Justin fix our problem; but he made sure that before he left we were 100% satisfied with his services. I had an emergency situation; garage door would not close due to damage as result of motor pulling from door, and needed door replace. Per my Homeowner's Insurance RJ was the contractor to come out. The third party contractors RJ is using sent out Max (cannot recall last name). Max very boldly entered my home WITHOUT A MASK in a Pandemic! UNACCEPTABLE! I did not know that my husband asked about this prior to my joining the conversation/consultation. Max had been in-out of my home several times by this point. Night and day difference with my two new garage door systems. They drove from Raleigh all the way down to Fayetteville and they were on time and did and outstanding job. Doors look great and good quality as well. They also cleaned after themselves and took all the old gear away. Did the entire job in one day. Highly recommend them.

Scheduled a service in a two hour time slot. When the time expired and we hadn't heard anything from the technician we expected, we called and were told the technician went home for the day. In fairness, they offered to send someone else out later the same day, but we were already so annoyed with the wait at that point.
