I don’t usually write reviews unless the service is subpar, but the service I received was exemplary and noteworthy. The service I received was excellent from beginning to end. Lisa arranged my appointment and I had Roben at my home the same day. Lisa was very clear in providing pricing in advance, texting me all the particulars right away. I needed a new opener and Roben discussed the various options with me. He temporarily set the door to open as needed and even installed a temporary lock for our security. I purchased a new unit and he was here promptly the next morning. He is very friendly

So I communicated with Lisa at Springer Overhead Doors after 2 PM on Monday, 9/27/2021. My garage door unit started malfunctioning the day prior. I came to find out that there is a part on the door chain defined as a "trolly." A part more attached to the actual door, but has the spring loaded assembly that enables one to liberate one's car when the electricity goes out seemed to have separated from said trolly. That's what it looked like, but what do I know? I don't stare at the garage door chain. Described the symptoms to Lisa and she arrived at tongue in cheek pricing, if my description was accurate
