These guys did a 2400 square foot roof for me a few years ago. They were quick, professional and left no trace that they were even there aside from a beautiful new roof. A few years later I had them install new windows and again was not at all disappointed. I've had no problems at all with the roof or windows, and both still look great.

We needed a new roof on our 1911 house and Anchor Roofing was recommended by our contractor. Rich responded in a timely manner to our questions and got us a quote which was very reasonable. They came in a couple weeks and replaced the whole roof in 1 day. It was great listening to the crew singing and joking as they worked, clearly enjoying their work. They replaced some rotten plywood on a flat section and worked quickly and efficiently; they did a great job, it looks great and they picked up every scrap of old roofing materials from the yard. I highly recommend Anchor Roofing.

Rich and his crew put a new roof on my mother's house in Maple Valley in March. We got five good estimates and I am certain this was the best value for the money we could have gotten. In addition to the roof, he completely rebuilt the roof awning over the porch that was falling down because of rotting wood. The roof was in really bad shape. It had leaks in many places including around the skylight. A lot of the plywood was rotted and some even had holes where rain was leaking in. They replaced all of the rotted wood and the skylight. They got everything done in one day and did an outstanding

I have a cabin on the water that is down 260 stairs from the nearest parking lot. We needed a complete new roof. The location is a very difficult site to get materials into. Seemingly not a problem for this crew.
Rich and crew at Anchor did a fantastic job at a reasonable rate and done in a timely manner. Kinda hard not to give 5 stars to Anchor! Highly recommended.

I am grateful that Rich was open and honest with us with the bidding and the whole project through completion. I know from working in the construction industry for several years that the Winter season is a hard time to find work and keep your crews busy. I thank Rich for not trying to oversell me and pull anything shady like another company I had received a bid from at the same time for twice the price and half the work. Rich and his team did a great job addressing all the issues with the replacement of our roof and sheeting as needed. The crew was very well mannered and cleaned as they went along

Anchor Roofing responded to both of my phone calls during our most recent windy and rainy storm. Anyone who has water coming into the house knows how terrible it feels! There was a significant leak in my roof, and water was coming in fast enough to create an unfortunate drip in my ceiling and a couple of significant areas of water damage. Frustrating to say the least. Rich came out early the next day and examined the problem from multiple angles. He checked in the attic crawl space, investigated the kitchen, and looked at the roofing area where the leak could be. What I appreciated most was

Rich's quote came in just where we were hoping it would, respectably lower. It was HALF the price of the job next door on a much simpler and smaller roof. The crew did a great job. I had a great time with the crew, I just love seeing good workers performing their dance on the roof. He was able to get to the job quickly, while the weather held off. I love the new look.
