Robinson’s Appliance was excellent customer service. You do have to leave a msg and they will call you back but I had a washer issue and they came out and tested it and it turned into not a washer issue at all but a plumbing issues they recommended a wonderful plumber and after the plumber came out they check back in with me to make sure there there was no more issue I will recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repair and I will only use them in the future thank you Robinson’s Appliance repair.

This company was one of only two that called us back for repairing our dishwasher. After communicating, the other company never responded and ghosted us. Robinson’s answered their phone, communicated as needed, researched our problem and found the necessary parts. Then they showed up on time and did the necessary repair work in a professional and competent manner. The dishwasher works great again! Impressed with this company, will call on them again for sure.

Was very happy with the service I received. Was told over the phone without being charged what the issue was with my washer and the part was ordered for the repair so I didn’t end up with two service charges. Washer was repaired within an hour. Professional and efficient service.

From the first phone call, Noel with Robinson Appliance Repair, was professional, efficient and honest. He was up front on potential causes of the problem with my oven along with potential cost.
