Currently we have 9 outside field technicians, 3 shop technicians and 5 office personnel. Although we may have grown over the years we still strive to meet every customer's individual needs. Our Technicians are well experienced and have many years of field work behind them. In some cases we may be able to service your appliance on the same day you call.
We only install new factory recommended parts. We have over a thousand parts in stock from pumps and belts to water filters and drip pans. What does this all mean to you? --The job is done right the first time, quickly and for the best price!

Received a 2 ONLY because of lady & her nasty customer service when I picked up a part. Their cist was 3x as much as the GENUINE GE part from Amazon. Sure there's imitation items on Amazon however doubt seriously that a company as large as GE would allow ANY company especially as large as Amazon to sell fake parts. The lady went on & on how "you people buy fake parts you don't know what you're doing then you call us to fix your mistakes" I did get the competitive price however had to listen to her ranting . My son did tell me the place always has what you need if not they'll order it but the lady

Dan came over today and got working hard on my old stove. They called before they headed over so I was ready which is a huge plus. He was on time and friendly and professional. He fixed everything he had materials to fix and explained what he did and the next steps. I couldn't recommend these guys any more than I do. Dan is great and probably needs a raise 🤩

We had Brandon from Jeffrey's appliance come out on July 9 to repair our refrigerator, which had multiple issues. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and could answer all the questions we asked. He brought the parts that were needed to repair all that was wrong with the fridge so there wasn't any waiting or multiple trips that needed to be made--we appreciated how efficient he was. Would recommend Jeffrey's Appliance Service.
