I made an appointment for 9 am, but the technicians did not show up until around 10:45, which was extremely inconvenient since I had plenty of things to take care of because I was moving out. I was told that they had to restock on supplies, which caused the delay (odd because my appointment was relatively early in the day). I would have put a lower rating, but fortunately, the technicians were working hard and helpful.

We have purchased several rugs from Arizona Rug Company over the years, both from the Tempe and Scottsdale stores. They are always helpful and patient with us picking out just the right rugs for our home. Other rug stores that we have visited can get a little pushy, but the employees here never are like that. Can't recommend them enough!
I had a flood that damaged and discolored several high value Persian rugs. The fringes turned red, blue colors in the rugs ran (see closeup pic).
Dennis and Ed were super helpful throughout the process and the carpets turned out great! (see 2nd pic) The fringes are the whitest they have been in a decade and the color run was completely restored!

I had such an enjoyable and educational rug buying experience with Ed and his staff at Arizona Rug Company. He and Dennis spent time teaching me about the rich and wonderful history behind these special works of art. Ed even came to my house and provided a consultation, which was very helpful. (I bought several rugs). The delivery and installation assistance was very much appreciated as well. It is clear that Ed has an incredible knowledge and is also very focused on making sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with their new investment. I am so pleased with everything about this business. Amazing care and consideration for all my flooring needs. New rug from Turkey was chewed on from lab pup, and Dennis fixed it beautifully. Also needed new dining room rug resized which was perfectly cut and trimmed.
Biggest project was to recarpet all bedrooms in home. After much searching Everywhere, found luxurious product from Ed. This product feels like silk and satin, definitely worth the money to create spaces, that are clean and comfortable, and durable. My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Arizona Rug Company in Tempe. Dennis was the initial salesman we met at our first visit. He was very knowledgeable about the types of area rugs (11 x 8 foot size) and really knew his inventory well. The owner, Ed, helped us on our repeat visit to finalize the purchase. He was able to work with us within our budget and helped us with the perfect choice. Arizona Rug Company is a store I would use again when I need a rug.

Arizona Rug company recently cleaned my Persian rugs. They did an amazing job cleaning and repairing my rugs. They were very fast and professional. The two men helped me move all my furniture to lay the clean rugs and made sure everything was perfect. I would not trust anyone with my rugs except Arizona rug company! Highly recommend!

What I don't know about rugs would fill volumes. No problem; Ed Momeni at Arizona Rug Co. was helpful and patient. I found the rug on Facebook Marketplace and called. By the time I got to the store, Ed had it laid out. His price was reasonable, including the cost of spraying the rug with protectant and delivery.
Jacob, who delivered the rug, helped me install it. And he hauled the old one away. These things are heavy and awkward. I appreciated his help.
