We offer a wide variety of storage unit types and sizes, including climate controlled. We take pride in making sure our storage units are clean, secure & most of all, affordable. PHASE II IS OPEN! Oversized units, some measuring 35-40' long with 14' high and 10' wide doors. 5' wide x 10' deep. It fits the furnishings of a mid-sized bedroom, including a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV, and several small to medium-sized boxes.

As in the past, I called 10 storage outlets and not one returned my call. When I called University Storage, I was contacted in less than 24 hours by a knowledgeable representative. My request was placed on a wait list and the Rep kept me updated in a timely manner. Within three days a unit became available and I was in. The facility and the personnel are top notch. Could not have had a better experience. FYI - their prices are below any other that I checked on the web.

I needed some extra space for my sanity and a storage unit was the key. After extensive research, I found University Storage. I liked the online capabilities, low pricing, and 24/7 access. I was put on a waitlist for a couple different units and less than two weeks later, I got a text and a call that one was available. I called, talked with Amy and she was able to set things up and answer all my questions. It was an amazing customer service experience. The unit itself was easy to locate, enter and was super clean. It is totally worth the extra miles to drive for service, availability and sanity

University Storage is great. I got a 10x10 storage unit completely online in less than 10 mins., received my gate code and temp. lock code via email and text within minutes. Great location. Easy access from I-90. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dropped a few things off at my unit Sun. night, got distracted, and drove away with my unit door open. Mike text me in the morning to let me know, then went out to the facility and closed the door and put a temporary lock on it. I made it out there a few hours later and all my stuff was still there. And I've only been a customer for 2 weeks. Good thing there

The units at University Storage were extremely clean, secure, and well maintained which allowed for an easy process to rent. I also appreciated the convenience of the recurring billing option as I am fairly busy and this worked great for me. The staff is friendly and professional! Highly recommend and would use again!
