Tape all appliance doors shut when moving. Wedge doors open in storage. Secure all moveable parts with paper or wedge. Wrap a paper mat around each item for protection. Freezers, refrigerators, washers and dryers make excellent packing cartons for bedding, towels and clothing. Always clean your stove before moving and give utility companies a few days notice to disconnect appliances.

The rudest group of people I’ve come across in Missoula. What started out as a simple question about payment escalated to a completely unnecessary level due to these heavy handed and rude guys who run the place. Promptly decided to leave and have had zero issues with the reasonable folks at the new unit. One of the the things the owner kept repeating was that they had great reviews (which was completely irrelevant to the issue at hand) so here ya go! A well deserved one star, and if there was an option for zero stars you’d get that. There’s plenty of storage units in Missoula- highly recommend

I had to stop in for my brother, who is currently unable to drive due to suffering a stroke. I tried to access the gate with the code and was told after three tries (yes, I used the correct one) that I was 'locked out'. I went inside to find out that the bill needed to be paid, and as I explained the situation was treated with exceptional courtesy and with well wishes for my brother.
The units are arranged logically, and are definitely a better value than what I am used to in St. Louis for a comparable size.
The only qualm might be the in/out gate design but that's hardly a disqualifying factor

Went in to get access to a small storage unit. The man that helped me was very polite! They had locks for sale on the main office which was great because I didn't have one. They were the only place left in town with units. Love the security gate and prices! My 4x5vholds everything I need it to at a great price! Thanks guys!!

Beware!!! The units here flood! Just got to my unit and flooded and they said many others! They never sent an email or any notification. Not a safe choice, totally don't care attitude. No help. Just too bad for you. A storage unit implies not exposed to the weather, pretty simple. I am filing a complaint with the city. Many of my things ruined.

I have been renting a unit for almost 2 years now. They act immediately to impose a late fee if your payment is even the slightest bit delayed. They have an online payment system but no one has been able to help me to get it working. When you call to ask about what is going on they tend to be ignorant of anything other that accepting your money. Often I am just told to look at my agreement.
I had payed ahead several months, but when the current payment came do I was late. Upon receiving notice of the late payment I sent a check to them. 2 days later I received the following notice:
