Zero Stars! Unprofessional, incompetent, and unapologetic! I spoke to Niki last week and asked to reserve a 10x10 unit for my moving truck arriving the following Tuesday or Wednesday. She said they had 4 and she would save one for me. I offered to come down and pay for it right then and she told me, “not necessary!” I called her this morning to coordinate and she told me they were all rented! What?!?!?! Oh, and one of the 4 has a lock that she can’t identify and it looks like the lessee hasn’t paid in 2 months, but suddenly came back and put a lock on the unit. What kinds of business are
