I subcontracted Custom Carpets (John Drenski) through Houndstooth Carpet Cleaners. I paid for the “whole house” special. I have to be honest, my carpets now look the exact same as they did before!l. It seems all he does is gloss over them with HOT water. There are obviously no cleaning chemicals involved because my carpets are still dingy and dirty and they are only 3 years old. I had to point out specific spots to him to go back over. Once he spent an extra 10 seconds on each spot, they came up. Why didn’t he spend the few extra minutes the first time to clean them.
